Molly was super helpful in getting me an early check-in and also providing a room upgrade with a view to the airport from the 3rd Floor. Thank you Molly. The dinner was also extremely pleasant, with the host and service team delivering scrumptious delicacies by sporting a pleasant smile. As a solo travel, and a massive introvert, they also got me seated at a two cover table, which overlooked the bridge near the airport.

After hours spent in the sky, it was wonderful to settle into a spacious, comfortable room that felt instantly relaxing. The complimentary shuttle from the airport—arranged with just a quick phone call—made arriving stress-free and easy. The hotel has a cozy atmosphere with modern touches, and its location near Spitfire Square adds to the charm. I especially appreciated the considerate checkout time at 11 a.m., which gave me a gentle, unhurried start to the day.

We had a wonderful stay at Distinction Christchurch Hotel. The room was spacious, cozy, and very comfortable. The location was excellent, making it easy to explore the city. We did have a small issue with the Wi-Fi and room phone not working initially, but the staff responded promptly and resolved it for us. Overall, it was a great stay, and we’d happily recommend this hotel.
