Transport in Pingtung

Renting a scooter was the funnest thing we did! We had to rent a electric bike because we dont have a motorcycle license. It looked just like a scooter but doesn't go as fast! It was perfect for this adorable island. YSRT was right in front of the pier. A big 4 story yellow building! I would highly recommend!

Excellent expérience from beginning till end. Very easy to redeem physical tickets at the EXIT 2 HSR ZUOYING counter. The bus stop is one level down. You can't missed it. We were given a small bottle of water and tissue. You must press the button if you want to alight before XIAOWAN terminal. Seats are quite spacious.

Used this service both going from Kaohsiung to Donggang and return. Customer service is very proactive and reach out a day before for pick up instructions and details. On the return leg from Donggang to Kaohsiung, customer service advise other passenger's schedule so we can arrange our ferry time accordingly. This help us save some money by sharing the ride with other passengers. Car is in great conditions and clean.

From Taitung to Fangliao, we'll stop for an hour in Jinlun for a local walking tour. Local Aboriginal guides will lead the tour, providing interesting insights into the local environment and cultural characteristics. The on-board guide will also explain the stations, place names, and geographical environment along the way during the train ride, making it a deep and relaxing journey.

Even though my flight was canceled due to a typhoon in Taiwan and I arrived a day late, everyone from the office to the drivers responded kindly and changed my reservation. After boarding at Kaohsiung Airport, my arrival time in Kenting coincided with dinner, but the driver was a local Kenting driver, so he introduced me to a local restaurant, helped me order, and even ate with me. He also provided a lot of help via text message after the ride, which was great. It was a trip that started off on the right foot.
