Luggage Information

• Standard Luggage Size: 61cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• The driver has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued
• Standard Luggage Size: 76cm x 51cm x 32cm. Larger bags will be considered 2 pieces
• Pets and large items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs, and golf bags cannot be accommodated
• Shared Ride: Each person can bring a maximum of one 26-inch suitcase (infants and children can also bring one piece).
• Private Car Options: A 5-seater car can carry a maximum of 2 pieces of 26-inch luggage; a 9-seater car can carry a maximum of 7 pieces of 26-inch luggage.

Important Notes

Shared Ride Plan

• The minimum number of passengers for a shared ride is 4. If the minimum number is not met one day before the trip, you will be notified to change the schedule or cancel the order.
• This product is a shared ride service. To protect the rights of other passengers, please arrive at the meeting point 10-15 minutes before the designated time. No waiting for latecomers; latecomers cannot use this as a reason to request order modification, cancellation, or refund.
• This service is a shared ride. The route and pick-up order will be arranged according to the daily dispatch, not a fixed direct route. Possible routes include: Zuoying HSR Station to Kaohsiung Main Station to Donggang, or Kaohsiung Main Station to Zuoying HSR Station to Donggang, etc. It is also possible to pick up other passengers before heading to the destination. You cannot specify the route, stop order, or request a direct ride. The actual pick-up situation is subject to on-site arrangements, and there may be a 10-15 minute waiting time discrepancy.
• This product provides shared shuttle service. The actual vehicle used will be flexibly adjusted based on the number of passengers, and may include five-seater cars, nine-seater vans, medium-sized buses, or large buses.
• As shared shuttle vehicles will continuously travel between Kaohsiung city and Donggang area throughout the day, there may be delays due to traffic jams or force majeure factors. Dispatch personnel will contact you immediately to notify you, so please ensure your mobile phone is accessible.
• Due to many uncertainties with shared shuttle services, it is recommended to allow 1.5-2 hours for a one-way trip.
• The supplier will adjust the vehicle pick-up time based on the passenger’s pick-up location and traffic conditions on the day of travel. Pick-up information will be notified to passengers via SMS or email before 22:00 (Taiwan time) one day before the designated pick-up date. If the passenger fills in a Taiwan mobile number on the payment page, they will be notified by SMS; for international mobile numbers, they will be notified by email or instant messaging software. If you do not receive pick-up information, please email service@routortravel.com, and night customer service personnel will assist you.
• If you are in any of the following situations, it is recommended to book a private car: 1. You wish to specify the pick-up time and location. 2. You have a large number of luggage items or are traveling with pets.

Private Car Plan

• Daytime service hours: 07:00 - 21:00
• Nighttime service hours: 21:01 - 06:59. An additional TWD 300 will be charged for pick-ups and drop-offs during nighttime service hours.
• The driver will adhere to the "pick-up time" filled in by the customer, with a free waiting time of 10 minutes. Please ensure you fill in the correct pick-up time and arrive at the pick-up location on time on the day of departure.
• If the customer is late and the driver or supplier cannot successfully contact them, it will be considered a no-show. The driver will wait for 10 minutes and then leave, and no refund will be provided.
• If the driver or supplier receives notification from the passenger and continues to wait and completes the service, an overtime fee will be charged on-site: starting from the initially agreed pick-up time, TWD 200 for every 30 minutes, with less than half an hour calculated as half an hour.
• The supplier will contact passengers between 20:00-23:00 (Taiwan time) one day before the designated pick-up date. If the passenger fills in a Taiwan mobile number on the booking page, they will be contacted by SMS or phone; for international mobile numbers, they will be notified by email or instant messaging software. If you do not receive pick-up information, please contact the supplier immediately: service@routortravel.com.

Child Safety Seats

• According to Taiwan law, children aged 0-4 traveling in "cars with 9 seats or less" must use a qualified child safety seat according to their age and body type. "Buses with 10 seats or more" do not require one. If you are traveling with children aged 0-4, please book a child safety seat in advance, and the supplier will provide it according to the vehicle arranged on the day.
