I had the best experience with them. They gave me enough suggestions on which type of kimonos and obis would look good on me. They also assisted my husband with his Yakuta. The staff was super friendly inspite of being so busy. They gave me a couple of options for hairstyles and the final one turned out to be so beautiful. I would also want to give a special mention to photographer Paul, who clicked such beautiful pictures and guided us with poses and what to do throughout the entire process. Even the unedited photos were so pretty.

We participated in a day trip on January 19, 2026, with a total of 35+ people. Aside from a little confusion regarding the meeting location and time in the morning (because too many tour groups gathered at Exit 2 of Nihonbashi that day), the overall tour arrangement was efficient and enjoyable. The tour guide, Charles, was fluent in both English and Chinese, gave clear instructions, and didn't waste time with unnecessary chatter... which is what I appreciated most. The driver drove safely. Overall, the tour was very enjoyable, and we are grateful for the good weather. Suggestions for the tour operator/guide: 1. Consider picking up passengers at a location with fewer tour groups and repeat the meeting location, time, flag, etc. in social apps so guests can confirm in advance and be prepared. 2. I would also appreciate an extra half hour of stay at Ine Bay!

We had an amazing time exploring the highlights of Kyoto and Nara in one day. Our guide, Ellie was very knowledgeable and accomodating, the itinerary was well-paced, and everything was well organized. Highly recommended! 💯

Anna has been such an amazing guide who was on our tour to Amanohashidate and Ine! She's amazing being able to speak Japanese, Mandarin and English! She was so thoughtful throughout the whole trip; always checking up on everyone! There were about 38 people on this tour and that tells a lot! She would go around offering to take photos and asking how is everyone! She saw that my friend could be cold and gave her a heated which was such a sweet gesture! For anyone who wants a guided tour to beautiful places in Japan, I highly recommend Anna and EasyGo! which is a company itself!

This art museum is centered around the core concept of "Biovortex," blending Kyoto's traditional aesthetics with future technology:
Massless Amorphous Sculpture: The first public showing in Japan of this work, a giant cloud-like sculpture composed of countless soap bubbles that dissipate or reassemble upon human contact (raincoats and masks are mandatory when entering this exhibition area).
Forest of Motion (Athletics Forest): Includes interactive climbing structures and trampolines, designed to enhance spatial awareness through physical movement (athletic shoes are recommended, and rentals are available on-site).
Learn & Play! Future Park: An educational interactive space where visitors' drawings of creatures can be scanned and projected into the exhibition space.
Forest of Resonating Lamps: A classic piece previously exhibited in Tokyo, where the color of the lights changes in a ripple-like effect as people move.

We used this experience in January (Winter) when the water was low and were blown away by our incredible hosts on the boat. They were super knowledgeable about the local area as they shared different significant locations and comings and going of local wildlife (including Mario and Elephants). Safety was their #1 priority with ensuring you enjoy your trip a very close #2 with their great humour making the 2 hours go by super fast. Highly recommend this for your trip! Aim for spring for Sakura that line the river or Autumn for the foliage as maple and cypress line the river too. Don't forget to use the splash guard or invest in a poncho sold at the cruise building alongside souvenirs of the Hozugawa River Cruise experience.

When you exit Kyoto Station through the Central Gate, look for the Nidec Kyoto Tower. Take the elevator to the 11th floor and redeem your ticket in front of the staff. Then, you can enjoy the view of Kyoto city. We went during sunset on a clear day with no clouds. The view was really beautiful.

a very good place to bring your kids and families. There are a few activities that could be joined such as making a hat. there's a dolphin show. there are cafes and tables for you to eat and lots of place for you to take a break and rest. easy to redeem. the staff is friendly and helpful.
