An adorable staff and all very attentive, magnificent kimonos (including one with cat designs), an incredible hairstyle in just a few minutes. Well worth the price even if you don't keep the kimono all day, even if you find something a little cheaper elsewhere I advise you to come here to take your most beautiful photos.

Went here today with my fiancé and got the Royal treatment. We got to pick out our kimonos, belt and purse/bag. The workers brought us in the back and got us all dolled up. They did my hair and put cute fake flowers in it. The price was very cheap and worth every penny. Recommend this for everyone!

The place is small, its placed at the 2nd floor of the building. Thought the staff is nice and very handy. They work smooth and quickly. If you book the cheapest price there will very limited option but evrything is worth it. Just make sure you also book for hair styling . You can wear the kimono around kyoto all day till 5pm before they close. Feel pretty and blend with the vibes of Kyoto

the whole process was very easy! you first choose your kimono (selection of kimonos is small if you do not wish to top up to nicer ones) then choose your belt. after that they do a simple hairstyle for you (can pay 1500 yen for a nicer one) then you choose your shoes and a bag! weather was very cold so couldnt wear for too long but it was a great experience:)

Really enjoyed the session. The changing was efficient and professional. Even with basic package for ladies, there are good designs and basic hairstyling. The costumes can be worn till 5pm each day. Luggage storage provided and you can choose a small bag to match with the costume. Good value and fun walking around in costumes.
