Things to do in New Taipei

Nelson Shih was an awesome tour guide!We had a lot of sightseeing/food visits and seeing how everyone works together. We had plenty of time to stop and enjoy each visit and would highly recommend for anyone visiting Taipei, Taiwan to do this tour!

booked this tour last minute for my last day in Taipei. i have been to some places included in this tour but i never been to Yehliu, yinyang sea and the mining thingy and the golden falls. the tour meet up location is easy to spot. our tour guide Anita is so nice and she speaks very good english. i would recommend this tour for sure! the itinerary is packed ao expect a very tiring day and lots of walking. our lady driver Ms. wang was very careful in driving. 👏👏👏👏

Extremely cute and fun. Its almost like a roller-coaster ride for kids. It gives you a nice view of the falls and river plus the surrounding nature dispersed amongst some dwellers. It is a nice ride. It moved nicely

Inside the park, you can feed fish, play in the water, and see exhibitions. The kids had a great time and could even draw on the ground. The park is clean and well-kept, and we want to go back every year! We happened to get discounted tickets this time, which were ready to use immediately. It was a lot of fun.

We purchased tickets the day before and exchanged them on-site. There's an aquarium where you can enjoy the air conditioning. The show at the theater was longer than expected and featured professional diving performances. Both children and adults thoroughly enjoyed it, and the kids learned even more about marine animals.

I've enjoyed onsens in Taiwan and this one takes one of the top spots for my favorite places. The view from the public bath was beautiful and serene. It has tea and coffee, the products you can use after bathing are of great quality too. My only concern was for some reason, the water from the showers only produced hot water even after turning the knob to cold. The jet pools are perfect. Overall a great experience.

Manyueyuan is flat and easy to walk, but it gets very crowded on holidays. The latter part of the trail near the waterfall has stairs, which can be a bit strenuous. We recommend starting your hike early, visiting the waterfall area first, and then taking the self-guided trail down the mountain for an easier descent!

Very convenient and easy to use. No need to queue in line to buy the actual ticket. There is no other way to reach the resort but through cable car. The view aas spectacular!

I came to the public bath on a weekday and it's so quiet and nice. On the day I visited, only Taiwanese people were in the baths. The staff are very friendly... The receptionists speak excellent English, and when I wasn't sure where to go in the bath area, a staff member came over and used a translator to guide me. They were truly kind. I was a bit worried after reading other reviews, but it was really great. For those using the public bath, just show your Klook voucher at reception, get your key, go down the stairs, and the women's bath is on the left and the men's bath is on the right (written in Korean). You can enter accordingly. Like a Korean sauna, you put your shoes in the locker corresponding to your key number, come in, undress in a locker, put on a gown and a hair cap, then come to the public bath area, shower, and then enter the bath. They asked us to remove our makeup before entering if we were wearing any! (Let's be polite Koreans and follow this rule, haha.) But honestly, there's no need to wear makeup when going to a hot spring. Cell phones are prohibited inside the bath! You can use them in the resting area. And the water is super soft, it feels like it's good for your skin.
