Northeast Coast Instagram Tour in New Taipei

Tony was an amazing guide. He was really helpful to the group and assisted us in every stop. The Bitou Cape Hiking Trail as the first stop was no joke. If you enjoy hiking, you'll have no problem navigating through the pavilions of the area. However, if you're not a hiker like us, the trail will definitely test your endurance with all the stairs and the heat of the afternoon sun. After this activity, all other stops have been enjoyable despite the exhaustion from the trail. If you're into food trips, the Miaokou Night Market as the last stop will help you recharge before ending your day. Like the activity description says, bring sun protection, adequate hydration, and a change of clothes. Wear comfortable footwear fit for the trail and a lot of walking. I love this trip, a small group with friendly tour guides, Eric Sun and Philips and people. You will see the spectacular view of the cape, rocks and sea. It is an easy hike which may take around 2 hours. After that, you will have a delicious local fresh seafood at the local restaurant in the fisherman village. From there, you will visit another seaside park (Heping Geopark) in Keelung which has a beautiful scenery with a small hike to enjoy the coastal side. Before going back to the drop off place, Taipei, you will visit the last stop of the tour, the night market in Keelung. You can enjoy local street foods there. Such a great day tour trip. I do recommend you this tour if you visit Taiwan.

we had a very nice walk in the morning, windy and cool to walk with the kids, beautiful view of the sea and landscapes, our tour guide Tony Chin, was very friendly, clear, and willing to help and accommodate all our needs traveling with kids, we did enjoy the whole day tour and recommend it 100%

Maybe it was a hidden gem, or maybe it was because it was a weekday, but there were only 7 customers in total. We went by family car instead of bus. The first place we went to, Bitoujiao Park, involved walking up a lot of stairs, and since it was the middle of summer, it was quite a workout! (laughs) You'll be walking for 2 hours! I recommend bringing plenty of water. If you're worried about sweating, you might want to bring a change of clothes. However, there are rest areas in various places, and the breeze is cool and pleasant, so it was relaxing to enjoy the view. Luckily, it was sunny, so the scenery was amazing and I took a lot of great pictures. It was worth the walk. We had lunch at Keelung Fishing Port. The Colorful Houses are, as the name suggests, a very Instagrammable spot! I immediately uploaded them to Instagram. For lunch, we chose an Italian restaurant that used seafood. It was a bit pricey, but it was very delicious and satisfying. Right next door were two shaved ice shops. We didn't have time to eat at both, so quick action is important here! Finally, we went to the night market. We arrived before 4:00 PM, so some of the shops were not yet open, but after a while, it gradually became lively. I recommend having a light lunch and enjoying the night market. Because there were only a few of us, we were able to chat with our guide, Wang, and the other customers, making it a very homey tour. Highly recommended!

The Northeast Coast tour with Klook was a fantastic experience! Our tour guide, Allan, was friendly, knowledgeable, and very accommodating throughout the trip. He shared interesting stories about each destination and made sure everyone was comfortable and enjoying the tour. The scenery along Taiwan’s Northeast Coast was absolutely beautiful, and having Allan as our guide made the experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a fun, relaxing, and well-organized tour!

Our tour guide Mr. Joseph, the best! Highly recommended! He speaks both Mandarin and English. For the tour, wear walking shoes and sunblock. Northcoast is beautiful. I also like the night market. Plenty of food to choose compared to Ximending.
