As a girl who is very sensitive to a kind of hotel room, all I can say is this hotel is very homey! I love the cozy vibes of the ambiance. And I love how the cleanliness is well maintained. The bathroom is a 1000/10. What you will see in their photo ads is the exact view you will get when you booked it.

The staff were very enthusiastic, and the room was clean. Cocktails, drinks, snacks, and ice cream were all complimentary. The location is close to Miaokou, and there's a multi-story parking garage nearby. In the evenings, there are paid street parking spaces available. Highly recommended! 👍

Its a nice hotel staff are very welcoming accomodating plus the breakfast buffet is so Good must recommend this hotel Its near the train station and bus stations. Were just hoping for a harbour view so we can see the ocean but we didn’t get the ocean view room but its totally fine.

The hotel is about a 1-minute walk from Keelung Miaokou Night Market, and there's a convenience store next door, so there are plenty of shops nearby for food and drinks. Since there's an arcade from the hotel entrance, I was able to walk around without getting wet in the rain. The hotel room had a white-themed interior and left a better impression than other nearby hotels. The front desk staff were available 24 hours a day and were very thoughtful, even offering to lend an umbrella.
Cleanliness: TOTO washlet toilet
Breakfast: It's a light meal, but it should be satisfactory.
Service: Since check-in is from 3 PM, they were able to store my luggage.

My stay at the Waldorf Hotel was quite pleasant. The hotel's location is excellent, offering extremely convenient transportation and access to nearby amenities, making it easy to find food and go shopping. The room itself was clean, tidy, and well-lit, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The front desk staff provided great service, and overall, the hotel offers excellent value for money, making it an ideal choice for business trips or leisure travel.

The driver arrived on time at the pickup location, and all our family's luggage fit in the trunk. The ride was smooth, without any motion sickness or speeding. The seats were clean, and the driver was very polite. We will definitely book this transfer service again next time.

Thanks to our guide, we had the best trip ever! My parents are older and it was their first time visiting, but the guide meticulously checked to make sure they were comfortable and showed such thoughtful consideration, which we truly appreciated. It was sunny throughout our trip, but it started raining just as we were about to leave. The guide even waited for us, offering to hold an umbrella for that short walk! Our guide was incredibly kind! I highly recommend Driver Chen! He took our family to Miaoli today and we had a wonderful time. The driver was very punctual and polite, and incredibly hospitable throughout the trip. He proactively shared a lot of local history, culture, and information about other attractions in Miaoli, which greatly enriched our experience. The best part was the flexible itinerary, which he adjusted according to our needs. His driving skills also made us feel very safe. It was truly a fantastic private car charter experience, and I highly recommend it to everyone!
