we’ll surely be back! hotel location: 30 to 40 mins away from the city. but if you want peace after a long day, this is the best option for you. 💜 breakfast: no served breakfast, but they have free toast bread in the morning + jam and butter! 🍞it doesn’t end there… they also provide free coffee, tea, soup, oatmeal, crackers, and ice cream! this helped us fuel our energy before doing a full day itinerary ☺️ service: 💯 transport access: 5 to 10 mins away from the bus stops. just a short walk with lots of stores in the area, including 7-11 and family mart 👌🏻 cleanliness: room is always clean and the linens smell good 🍃

This hotel is conveniently located about a 5-minute walk from the Banqiao Station West Exit. With self-service check-in and check-out, it's possible to complete everything without any interaction with hotel staff. There's a 7-Eleven vending machine on the first floor, so you can do your shopping within the building. Water dispensers are available on each floor. The soundproofing is a bit lacking, so if there's a noisy guest in a nearby room, it can be bothersome. I plan to use this hotel again the next time I visit Taipei.

Breakfast: Diverse and delicious Cleanliness: Room was clean Service: Friendly and enthusiastic I stayed for two nights at the Prince Hotel, which is in the same building as the breakfast area and the recreation center. The swimming pool and spa hot springs were excellent, and I enjoyed the mountain views while soaking. The beef noodles, sparerib noodles, cakes, desserts, and truffle flatbread at the cafe and restaurant were all delicious. The chicken soup and lamb soup at the observation cafe on the top floor were also great; I ate there almost every meal. I highly recommend it for a vacation, and I'll definitely go back again.

This is our fourth time visiting Caesar, and the overall service quality is still as pleasant as ever. This time we received a room upgrade; the distant view from the high floor was quite wonderful. The room was clean, the bathroom was spacious, the large bathtub was great for a relaxing soak, and both the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The rooftop pool is also very beautiful—although a bit crowded, it was still an unforgettable experience. We will definitely visit again given the opportunity.

This is my second stay here. The first time, I stayed in a standard queen room (Figures 1 and 2). This time, I booked a deluxe twin room, and when I checked in, I asked the front desk staff if I could switch to a king-size bed. They immediately helped arrange a king room for me (Figures 3 and 4). The lobby has a water dispenser, coffee machine, and small snacks available for use. The breakfast is simple and delicious (Figures 5 and 6). The staff are friendly, and it's close to Exit 1 of Fuzhong MRT Station, with a bus stop downstairs as well. Highly recommended! 👍

This hotel is extremely stylish. I was a bit surprised when I was notified of a room upgrade upon check-in, and when I opened the door, I let out a gasp of amazement 😂. The front desk staff were very friendly, and the overall sense of space is huge and fantastic. It's a pity we didn't have enough time during our stay, but I will definitely stay here again next time. Hotel Purg Cidade has been added to my must-visit list for a second trip 😍. There's a market nearby, and the surrounding environment is great all around 👍 Highly, highly recommended ❤️

The staff's attentiveness deserves full marks. I noticed that most of the front desk and breakfast staff at Platinum Garden are middle-aged to older women, and they show more meticulousness, patience, and genuine thoughtfulness than younger staff. Special thanks to Ms. Ruby at breakfast, whose care ensured I had hot tea. The hotel's minor drawbacks are the mattress, which is too soft and lacks support, and the dimly lit bathroom. The breakfast selection is what needs the most improvement; basic hot milk and tea bags were not provided, and the other food items were unremarkable. The fruit was not fresh, especially the watermelon, which tasted off, so I didn't dare eat it.

Upon entering the room, we noticed the sound of rain by the window was quite loud. We informed the front desk, and the staff immediately showed us to another room and completed the room change for us—definitely deserves a thumbs-up. The hotel offers a simple breakfast and has good value for the money. There aren't many dining options within walking distance, but there is a convenience store right across the street, and a lounge area in the hotel lobby. It is a place worth considering for a stay.

Pros: 1. You can rent a Nintendo Switch to play in your room. 2. The bathtub fills up quickly, and drains very fast after use, though the draining sound is quite loud. 3. It's a family-friendly hotel, suitable for stays with children, offering movies, ride-on cars, and one free DIY craft activity. 4. It's conveniently located near the light rail, making it easy to stay without a car. Cons: 1. The toilet is inside the room, separated only by a wall, so the flushing sound is quite noticeable. 2. The breakfast options are limited, now semi-buffet style. The clams in the seafood congee looked a bit dry, and there was only one type of egg (tea egg). There were also noodles with vegetables, but the roots of the vegetables were slightly black, like unwashed dark spots. The hotel explained that this was due to water damage to the vegetables. However, my thought is, if they knew there was water damage, why didn't they cut off the damaged parts before serving? 3. During check-in, the staff skipped me and proceeded to assist the next group of guests. When I asked the front desk why, stating I was there first, they replied that they thought I was with the previous group. My thought is, why didn't the front desk ask me if I was with the previous group? Other hotels always ask.
