We booked two rooms for this trip and Mr. Harry, the receptionist, gladly arranged one room for early check-in since we came from a long trip from Sapa via the sleeper train. He also booked our airport transfer for a cheap fee and it was a smooth transaction. All the other staff were also helpful, friendly and polite during our stay. Ms. Vivian even sent us recommendations of cafes and restaurants near the hotel and she even booked us a table in the trainstreet. I am overly glad she reserved us a great seat! And also, the food served during breakfast was delicious. The Master Chef even went out to greet us a good morning and suggested other food that she can prepare for us. Lastly, the hotel location is great. It is in the heart of the Old Quarter and very near tourist spots and well-known cafes. Overall, the experience was great and I would gladly book this hotel again on my next trip!

Nice hotel with comfortable and clean rooms. Hot water is available for showering, and the breakfast is decent. The location is very strategic, close to many attractions and easy to get around. Overall, a pleasant stay and good value for money
