We loved our stay in here! the frontdesk staff are cute, good-looking, and clean. They are welcoming and helped us check-in early. Plus, the location is superb! It is near the local food stores, Beer Street, and Cafe Giang! The buffet breakfast was okay, but we still enjoyed it. It’s cheap here but you get good service. They clean your room everyday, too.

staff are accommodating specially Phu in the reception he help me for everything .. even asking question he give suggestion .. one of the best place to stay in old quarter hanoi. near to all must see areas in hanoi. Fu is very friendly and recommends the best food in hanoi. will definitely go back and atay in Matilda in December.

Staff are nice, specially Phu. We really appreciate him giving us a warm welcome everytime we go back to the hotel. breakfast: very nice. few selection but everything is good hotel location: near to a lot of restaurants.
