overall the hotel is okay. a bit old school but decent. would definitely stay here again. not bad for 4 star hotel

The hotel is very close to various attractions, an average walk of 15-20 minutes. The hotel staff are smiling and polite. The hotel is small with not many rooms, and you don't have to squeeze with others for breakfast. Half of the guests are from Europe and America, and all checkout guests are given a postcard as a souvenir.

Very decent room. Clean and comfortable. AC is cold enough for the hot weather. Shower is good as water current is strong. This is the second time I stay in this hotel and will definitely retur n!

Book a king size room . Cozy n chic. Very comfortable bed n pillow. Weekday price reasonable . Have own basement carpark for free. Location vey close to eating place , bar, heritage walk, food court, temple. Smoke free hotel.

Please note that the Klook booking for this hotel already includes the tourism tax paid to Malaysia (because when checking in, the hotel counter asked whether the payment to Klook included the tourism tax? If not, the tourism tax must be paid at the counter)

Very nice modern hotel located near the city center. Near to Chulia St food night market. 1 block away from the famous Blue House. Laundry shop is just a few steps away if you want to do your laundry by yourself. Clean rooms although a bit small but the bathroom is huge! Would definitely stay there again when we go back to Penang.
