The hotel room was decent in size and comfortably accommodated our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 children). The overall stay was pleasant, and the room condition met our expectations. However, the location is quite far from town, which may be inconvenient for guests planning to travel frequently to nearby attractions or the city area. Our main dissatisfaction was regarding the breakfast arrangement. The invoice clearly stated that breakfast was included, but upon arrival, we were still required to pay additional charges for our children’s breakfast. This created confusion and slightly affected our overall experience. It would be better if the hotel could provide clearer communication on breakfast inclusions for family bookings.

This hotel has so much potential to be a truly luxurious 5-star property. The suite room feels spacious even with two king size beds. The bathroom is huge compared to regular hotel standard. It has a private pool with a sweeping sea view and steam room for relaxation. Unfortunately the maintenance could be improved as there are signs of visible wear-and-tear. If they are better maintained and serviced, this would definitely be a destination by itself for anyone, especially families, looking for a uniquely holiday experience.
