I'm happy with overall stay of 4D3N here. Although its a 4-stars hotel but the location, cleaniness, hotel look & feel, hotel crews, all made me comfortable. I would make it as my favourite hotel for my next visit here again.

An unforgettable experience. The staff were excellent and very helpful, especially the breakfast team. My wife couldn't come down for breakfast because we had a baby with us, but a staff member at the breakfast area kindly delivered the meal to her room. A huge thank you to that staff member. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful stay there. After checking out, we accidentally left a pair of shoes behind. The staff kindly contacted us to let us know and kept them safe until we were able to collect them. We truly appreciated their honesty and excellent service.

The hotel is dated. Rooms are old, bathrooms still have clogging issues since I last stayed in 2022. Broken handles in the bathroom, rough closet sliding door, and TV quality is still stuck in the early 2000s. On the bright side, the beds were comfortable and breakfast spread was delicious.

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Royale Chulan Penang. The room was spacious, spotless, and the beds were so comfortable. The kids loved the pool, and the breakfast buffet had a fantastic variety of fresh, tasty options. The location was perfect – quiet but still close to shops and famous mamak restaurant. We'd definitely come back! 😘
