Room is clean and comfortable. Location is very strategic with a lot shops nearby.just a suggestion to improve hopefully can provide 4 towels instead of 2 for family superior room coz it is a room for 4 pax.

Clean environment & good location. Everything was well prepared. Cooling air conditioner. Just a little noisy if someone is talking at/ walking by the corridors.

I booked via Klook for 3 nights stay.
At front desk I was greeted by staffs, Farhan and Hannais. They were good services and friendly.
Value for money, to stay near Ipoh Parade and restaurants are within walking distance.
Breakfast was decorated with classic theme. The buffet has a variety of choices. Food is good and delicious.
The chamber maid, make up my room every day, clean and tidy.
Will recommend to friend.

Parking needs improvement. There doesn't need to be so much parking for staff. Customers should be prioritized for parking. Also, the TV needs a bit of an upgrade. The hotel is expensive, but the TV isn't clear and can't connect to Wi-Fi.

I checked in around 7pm, only to find that the room had not been made up. Fortunately, the staff promptly arranged a new room for me.
The hotel is located near an open space that often hosts family-friendly night activities. During my stay, there was a Merdeka Day celebration with a live concert. Unfortunately, the room windows were not soundproof, and the loud music carried on late into the night, making it difficult to sleep until the concert ended.
