The hotel is beautiful and clean. The room is also clean and well-maintained, perhaps because it's a new hotel. Parking is easy to find since it's in a shop lot area. Overall, it's a good option for a 1-2 night stay. However, at the counter, there were other charges, even though Klook already showed the room price and percentage charges. You also need to be prepared to pay a deposit. The strange thing is, I booked through Klook, but the hotel counter said they weren't linked with Klook. So, I'm not sure if they had to re-book or what happened, which made the check-in process at the counter quite long. That's the only issue; all the staff were fine.

Great location — honestly one of the best parts of this stay. Everything you need is super close by, whether it’s transport, restaurants, or local attractions. It made getting around really easy and saved a lot of time. The area also felt safe and convenient, even late in the evening. Would definitely recommend this hotel if location is a priority.

everything was acceptable during our stay. gym room operating hour should have considered 24 hours since its entry by card. swimming pool water was yellow and dirty on Saturday 21st Feb 2026.
