We had a great time! Even with a language barrier, Lisa and Ross were very patient and helpful. My Dad and I had a lot of fun, and learned really fast. Didn’t matter if you were proficient in manual or not, you’ll get the hang of it pretty quickly. Would 100% do again! What an awesome 20th birthday. Gas Gas Gas!!

we had a fantastic experience. Our driver Akira, was kind, informative and very helpful throughout the day. We organized and customized our tour and he helped make changes in real time so we could fit everything in during our day. Definitely recommend.

It was fun and the vehicle was superb.. Alphard 🥰 we had a good time at Gala Yuzawa Snow resort. The kids had fun on the snow.

our tour guide Zei was amazing.She is very friendly and chatty.She took us to most must see attractions.Itinery places are all covered.We were also able to add additional and personalise places according to our interest.Her English is awesome very easy to understand.She played our own language Kareoke songs in the car and let us sing with her microphones.Nice and comfortable room in the car for family of 5 of us.She dropped us to teamlab planet as we had a booking there at night.

great personalised tour while we filled in the day waiting for an evening flight. Jack picked us up in Chiba took our itinerary and dropped us off at Haneda. 100% recommend.

this was our 1st ski experience and we had so much fun!! the ski resort does not provide goggle, gloves and helmet rentals so good thing that this tour/our instructors provide them at an affordable price. The helmet and gloves were at 1500 JPY each. My husband needed to buy long socks at 2000 JPY. The instructors were also good and fun to be with.

very fun experience not scam!! whenever you in tokyo, try this. this one not in tokyo by the way. but there’s driver will pick u up! you just need to go to tokyo station. they will tell you where when you purchase. driver can speak english. 10/10
