Child Seats and Luggage Regulations •This service uses commercially licensed vehicles; child seats are not mandatory. If needed, please inform us in advance when booking. The supplier can provide 1 free of charge. 　※ Each child seat occupies approximately 1.5 people’s worth of space, which may affect passenger or luggage capacity. •Standard luggage size is 24-28 inches. Please inform us in advance for oversized luggage or strollers, as they will be counted as 2 pieces of luggage. •If you exceed the passenger or luggage capacity, resulting in the inability to board the vehicle, the responsibility and costs will be borne by the traveler.

Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range •All vehicle types may be adjusted to the same class of vehicle depending on the dispatch situation on the day. Specific models cannot be selected. •If a 7-seater vehicle is carrying 6 large adults, it is recommended to upgrade to a 10-seater vehicle to ensure comfort. •Vehicles are limited to traveling within a 300 km radius centered on the departure hotel. A service fee will be charged for cross-regional trips (e.g., Mt. Fuji + Hakone). •Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses within the 23 wards of Tokyo. If the area is exceeded, an empty car fee will be charged (JPY 5,000-20,000). •Haneda Airport/Disneyland area are not within the Tokyo city area. A one-way fee will be charged for pick-up or drop-off (JPY 5,000-10,000).

Charter Time and Overtime Fees •Standard service time: 10 hours 　※ If the pick-up/drop-off location is in a different area (e.g., Kamakura area), the service time is 8 hours; for other areas, empty car time will be reserved according to the actual arrangement. •Service time range: 07:00-22:00

Overtime Fee Standards: 　- 10-seater or less: JPY 5,000 per hour (calculated as 1 hour for every 15 minutes exceeded) 　- 14-seater or more: JPY 10,000 per hour (calculated as 1 hour for every 15 minutes exceeded) ※ Overtime caused by traffic jams, waiting for passengers, or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee calculation. Other Reminders •The driver does not speak English but can communicate with passengers using translation software. Please confirm that you accept this condition before booking. 　※ If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please contact customer service in advance and an additional JPY 5,000 designation fee will be charged. •The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at least 3 hours before the service). Please be at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance.
