This is a shared transfer service between central Tokyo and Tokyo Disneyland/DisneySea. Each guest will have an assigned seat, including children.
Where and when does the transfer operate?
Daily departures from Shinjuku, Ueno, Asakusa, and Ginza (Tokyo Station Yaesu Exit), with fixed meeting points and times. Please refer to your selected package for details.
Do I need to purchase Tokyo Disney park tickets?
Yes. This product includes transportation only. Park admission is not included.
How much luggage can I bring? What if I have a stroller?
Each passenger may bring one item of luggage (up to 24”) or one stroller. Oversized or excess luggage is not allowed.
What if I’m late to the meeting point?
Please arrive on time. Drivers will depart according to schedule and will not wait or provide refunds for late arrivals.
Can I choose the vehicle type? Will we arrive on time?
Vehicle type will be assigned based on passenger volume and may include Alphard, Hiace, or Coaster. Travel times may vary due to traffic or weather conditions.

The driver spoke Chinese, contacted us in advance, and sent the meeting location. His service attitude was also excellent. However, I suggest taking a photo of the meeting point instead of relying solely on GPS. This time, the GPS was off, and my family had to walk a long way in the rain, from outdoors to an indoor underground parking lot. We asked three Disney traffic control staff members for directions. Later, fearing the driver wouldn't find us, we asked a staff member to speak with the driver. There was a moment of panic, thinking we might not reach the meeting point. The empty parking lot on a rainy night was quite eerie. Thankfully, we eventually got into the car. (We also took a car in the morning, and the drop-off point was at the green sign in the basement. However, the evening GPS led us to the purple basement sign, so we went to the wrong place.)

Very thoughtful, they even send an email notification the day before, and follow up afterward. Taking the bus after a day at DisneySea is really comfortable!
The Tokyo Disney shared shuttle bus is comfortable and beautiful, the pick-up location is very convenient, and the private car driver is very polite and arrives at the pick-up location on time.
The driver was friendly, kind, and could speak Chinese. The car was comfortable to drive and the service attitude was very good. I will use the ride-sharing service again next time I have the chance.
