Hotel is in a great area. Very convenient to shops and metro. Staff is amazing and understand English. Onsite laundry was a plus for me. Tooms are clean.

The room was small, but I think this is average size for mid-price hotel in Tokyo. It was comfortable, and I liked that it has a mini couch by the window with a tiny table, despite the size of the room. The location is unbeatable as it was close to excellent (albeit pricey) coffee shops and the metro. hotel location: excellent transport access: excellent breakfast: no breakfasy cleanliness:excellent service: very good
