This trip was a wonderful experience, and we especially want to commend our tour guide, Melvin. His Mandarin Chinese is very fluent, making communication effortless. Whether it was about meeting times, route planning, sightseeing introductions, or even last-minute adjustments, he understood immediately and responded clearly, making us feel at ease throughout the entire trip. The pace of the entire trip was well-managed. We visited all the must-see attractions without feeling rushed. The timing for breaks, photo opportunities, and restroom stops was perfect, allowing us to enjoy the experience smoothly and comfortably without feeling like we were being dragged along. He was also very attentive, reminding us of important details and taking care of everyone's needs, resulting in a very seamless and coordinated experience. Additionally, the lunch was a plus. The taste and portion sizes were to our liking, leaving us feeling satisfied without being overly full. Overall, the ease and enjoyment of this trip are largely due to Melvin's professionalism and attentiveness. If we have the chance to visit again, we would hope to have him as our guide again. Highly recommended!

fantastic tour! well organised, informative and great value. our guide Lionel was amazing! Friendly, helpful and so knowledgeable. He knew so many facts and figures about Malaysia, the culture, food, history, languages, agriculture etc. He was clear and easy to understand . I highly recommend this half day tour and any tours provided by this company, and especially the Lionel. The coach was clean, comfortable and cool. Thank you for a wonderful experience.

It was one of the best decisions we made. We planned an 8-day vacation in singapore & have a full day tour in Kuala Lumpur & despite starting late, our tourguide managed to finish all the stops. Our guide is also very well versed and educational. We're now thinkinh to revisit again (but longer) because we realized Malaysia is such a beautiful cou try thru this tour. The tourguide is also good at taking pics & even guided us to the best souvenir shops around. kudos to Faris!!! The best!!! my and my fiancé is more than contented.

Me & my friend learned a lot about Malaysia and its culture and history in 4 hours. Short but sweet experience. Our driver/tour guide, Mr David shared a lot of stories and information and even shared his family pictures and history. A lot of good sights along the way.

The van is very comfortable that I even managed to get some naps on the way home. The driver and guide were very nice, approachable and knowledgeable. If you won't go up Batu Caves and won't go to the outdoor theme park in Genting, the itinerary is already good with more than enough time. So for me this trip was perfect!
