Great choice for our short trip. Perfect location that gets us to most malls/ restaurant within walking distance. Staffs were friendly and helpful, but it will be greater if there have been more staffs available at the counters to assist. it could have speed things up a little. Parking was not available, but valet service was available. We paid Rm30 per day for the valet parking where the staffs will park the car at Lot 10 and send the car to the hotel upon request. luckily we were mostly around the streets and everywhere was within walking distance so did not have to use our car throughout our staycation.

location wise, superb as it is located in the middle of city centre where main attractions are located. cleanliness is super clean while the room look modern and comfy. doesn’t feel claustrophobic eventhough the room don’t have any window.

My room door was spoilt (very hard to open & close) but since I was only staying for one night it wasn't too much of an issue for me, loved how comfy the slippers were. The location is very good! Overall stay was enjoyable

Awesome hotel location, with Pavillion, Lot 10 and Fahrenheit in just 2 mins walking distance. Rooms were beautiful designed with pleasant amenities. Lots of restaurants and cafes around. Knowing how difficult it can be to get a Grab, the train options nearby are a good alternative. Would highly recommend!!
