Great trip, we got to see Mount Fuji from various views. The schedule was just nice, we had ample time to enjoy the Mount Fuji view while returning back to Tokyo station before 6pm. And we are lucky enough to have a clear sky, good view of Mount Fuji for this trip

Easy, low hassle tour! 👍 Omar was clear in giving directions and we had no issues getting to our next spot in time. I would recommend bringing a small tote bag, as you will eventually start souvenir shopping.

Great tour with an awesome guide! Our guide, Laner, was amazing — very chill, and super chatty, which made the whole experience more enjoyable. The highlight for me was definitely seeing Mt. Fuji on a clear day 🥹 which was absolutely stunning! Some parts of the tour felt a bit rushed, but considering the itinerary was pretty jam-packed, it’s understandable. I’d also recommend checking Mt. Fuji visibility online a few days before booking to increase your chances of seeing it clearly. Overall, a great experience and I’d still recommend this tour!

We had a wonderful day tour with Mr Alex as our guide and driver. The pre-tour instructions were clear and pickup was right on time, which made the start of the day smooth and stress-free. Mr Alex was friendly, professional, and a very safe driver throughout the journey — plus, he’s easy on the eyes too! 😁 Our first stop was Arakura Fuji Sengen Shrine. The climb can be a little challenging at the beginning, but it’s absolutely manageable We were given about an hour to explore, which was sufficient if you pace yourself and come prepared. Next, we headed to Oshino Hakkai. It was a pleasant stop with lovely scenery. Our final stop was Gotemba Premium Outlets. While the 2-hour duration felt a bit short — especially after queuing for food — we only managed to cover part of the outlet. I’d recommend planning your shopping route in advance to make the most of the time. Overall, it was a well-organised and enjoyable tour, made even better by Mr Alex’s warm personality. 👍🏻

This review is a little late because I’ve been so busy, but I truly wanted to share my amazing experience with Hathaway, one of the best tour guides I’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I traveled from Los Angeles, CA, and visiting Mount Fuji was always a dream of mine, this tour completely exceeded my expectations! The tour stopped at six locations, and the first stop was Lake Yamanakako, which I absolutely loved. I finally got to see and feed white swans by the lake, something I had always dreamed of. The bus was very clean and comfortable, and at each stop we were given enough time to explore. I really appreciated how thoughtful the team was, they even waited for guests who were running late, which shows how much they care. Hathaway went above and beyond. She messaged me on WhatsApp ahead of time to remind me to dress warm, which was so kind. She was knowledgeable, funny, and attentive, and made the tour unforgettable. Thank you, Hathaway, for such an incredible experience!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

definitely more worth it to come here with a bus driver than to take the train to and fro. Guide ensured everyone gathers on time. though the time spent at Oshino Hakkai and the Hikawa Clock shop is insufficient, this is something the guide can’t do anything about. overall, still worth it if you’re just keen on seeing the main attractions around mt fuji!

My son was very sick on the day of the tour, we cannot join. So I informed Klook customer service and the tour operator of the situation. Since the tour is already non-refundable on the tour day itself, they allowed to reschedule given the emergency. They were very considerate and I am more than grateful. Two days after, we were on the tour with our guide Andrew who is amazing. He speaks Japanese, English, Korean and French, that is how international our flight was. The places we went to were great. I love the Owakudani eggs and the mineral water in Oshino Village. Mt. Fuji is excellent! I recommend this tour. Thank you.
