Our guide, Kaori, is incredibly talented with languages! She can perfectly free-talk in Korean, Chinese, and Japanese, so communication was absolutely seamless! When we visited the park, lake, and Lawson, she explained beforehand what was famous and where everything was, which allowed us to enjoy ourselves without any confusion. She also mentioned that the shrine had about 80 steps to the first observatory and then around 380 or 390 steps from the first to the second observatory. My mother had knee surgery, so our family couldn't visit the shrine and opted to go to a cafe instead. Kaori readily agreed and just asked us to return on time. So, we enjoyed a relaxing time at a cafe with a wonderful view of Mount Fuji before returning. Although it was a shame not to see Mount Fuji from the shrine, it was great to spend a comfortable time with my family. I highly recommend her to everyone; the lack of communication issues is a huge advantage! She even opened an open KakaoTalk chat, so we didn't need to install Line or any other apps!

This was my first day trip experience, and I must say I had a wonderful time. I traveled alone, but it was easy to make friends. Andy-san, our guide, was really kind and told us a lot about Japan. We saw the most iconic places and even got to see the cherry blossoms. Unfortunately, there are a lot of people around this time of year, but the experience was still enjoyable.

We enjoyed our very first Mt. Fuji tour. Everything went smoothly from the start of the booking process to the end of the trip. Thanks to the coach bus driver and Penguine, our tour guide, for making this trip easy and enjoyable. Well-organised itinerary. It’s a must-visit place once in a lifetime! A breathtaking view of Mt. Fuji and cherry blossoms is not something that can be described in words. You must experience this for yourself. ❤️🤩🌸🗻

The guide was amazing! She kept us on time allowing us to visit photo spots before other tour groups arrived. She provided great information about the meaning behind Mt. Fuji and several shrines. She was a very kind lady and spoke very clear English!

We had Omar as our tour guide and he was great! We had an awesome time. He was informative and made sure we knew the best spots for photos. We managed to catch the full view of Mt Fuji! He was so friendly and was great with our daughter, letting her hold the flag at one point which made her so happy! The bus we travelled in was comfy with lots of space and good aircon. The only thing to note is that it is quite a fast paced tour so it was challenging to balance wandering around and taking photos while managing a toddler. Overall it was a wonderful experience!

Worth the money. The tour guide was very enthusiastic and dedicated. It would be even better during cherry blossom season. It’s a pity we couldn’t clearly see Mount Fuji today. Lunch was quite expensive. If I go again, I would arrange my own lunch.

Our guide Bobo was extremely entertaining & knowledgeable. He’s very informative about the history and trabel tips etc. He also prepared many materials to show everyone while doing the explanation. Honestly the best and hard working guide so far. There’s only 5 star available for rating, but I will give him a million.

I had an amazing experience on my Mount Fuji tour—easily one of the highlights of my trip to Japan. Seeing Mount Fuji up close was absolutely breathtaking, and the entire day was perfectly organized from start to finish. Our guide was knowledgeable, friendly, and shared interesting facts about the area, which made the experience even more meaningful. The itinerary was well-paced, giving us enough time to enjoy each stop without feeling rushed. The views were stunning, especially around the lakes and scenic viewpoints. Transportation was comfortable, and everything ran smoothly, which made the day stress-free. highly recommended

Ethan did an excellent job being out tour guide. well communicated via What’sApp group text. clear meeting instructions prior and during the tour. he offered good information and history of Tokyo/Mt.Fuji San with us, in addition, he is a great signer. We had a great experience join Ethan’s group!
