Fantastic 5.0
This farm has more farm animals than usual, along with animal explanations and meet-and-greets, making it worth the ticket price. The environment is kept very clean, and there are rest areas for visitors to use freely. The admission ticket includes a small ball of hay to feed the sheep and alpacas, but you have to pay extra for feed for many other types of animals, and the portions are quite small. There is a small, free parking lot set up by the farm near the farm itself. There are quite a few animal activities, but the animal activity times at the ticket booth may be incorrect, so be sure to double-check when you arrive. There seem to be fewer staff on weekdays, with only one person at the ticket booth, so I waited a long time in line to exchange my ticket.

Fantastic 5.0
The National Center for Traditional Arts boasts a beautiful environment, blending traditional architecture, craft experiences, and performing arts, making it a great place for families to visit. The park features numerous hands-on experiences, opera performances, and unique snacks, allowing visitors to immerse themselves in the rich cultural atmosphere of Taiwan. The overall layout is clear, with plenty of photo-worthy spots, but some shops are a bit pricey, and it can get crowded when there are many people. Overall, it is well worth planning a half-day or full-day trip, offering both educational and recreational opportunities to relax and unwind.

Fantastic 5.0
We went end of Oct so it was misty and rainy which can be somewhat troublesome, it's 12 degrees so do wear thicker clothing! Because it was so misty it felt like we were in a Japanese mountain from the movie, we managed to go to the hot spring (around 25-30mins) + cook corn and eggs! recommend to bring along swimming cap, slippers and swimwear for the hot spring! also would be good to bring your own bread to go along with the corn and egg although they do sell Ba Zhang (and some basic burger buns over there). our driver qisong is very friendly and helpful with excellent driving skills! oh I really liked the bong bong train too! do note for the bong bong you'll have to go up the staircase - saw some other older visitors struggling but manage to climb it might not be suitable for people with difficulty climbing.

Fantastic 5.0
I had a wonderful time at Yilan Zhang Mei Grandma Farm, which I booked through Klook. The experience was really enjoyable, especially interacting with the animals. I got to feed and play with capybaras and a variety of sheeps, which was such a fun and unique experience.
On top of that, the ticket included free animal feed, so I could continue engaging with the animals throughout the visit. The farm also served a delicious onion pancake, which was a tasty treat after spending time with the animals. Overall, it was a fun, relaxing, and memorable visit — highly recommended for animal lovers and families!

Fantastic 5.0
The staff at the park are wonderful, very friendly and enthusiastic, making the visitor experience fantastic. The whole place feels like a dreamy paradise, and anyone who loves cute animals will be thrilled to come here! There are so many capybaras! Including baby ones, and like the sika deer, you can interact with them up close. I really hope to have the opportunity to come again next time. Each sika deer has its own name tag, making it easy for visitors to identify them and interact through feeding. I remember being a little afraid of how lively they were at the time, and it was difficult to take a good photo, but I really think they are all so cute. In addition to seeing small animals, the park also sells food, fortune sticks and other relaxing or fun experiences. A very worthwhile Yilan attraction to visit, I loved it!

Fantastic 5.0
The actual hiking experience is only about 4 hours due to travel time. It is recommended to depart at 06:00 and return on time at 15:30 to complete the entire itinerary. Due to the remote location, the driver and passengers will coordinate a reasonable stopping time. Here is the actual itinerary and time for the day: 06:00 meeting, 06:11 departure, 07:02 arrival at Yilan Railway Station, 07:38 arrival at the 7-11 at the foot of the mountain for a 10-minute break, 09:41 arrival at the Taiwan Beech Trail, 13:00 meeting, 14:06 arrival at Jiu-Zhi-Ze Hot Spring, 15:05 return trip. Lunch is at your own expense, find time to eat. Parking is not allowed at Jianqing Trail, but you can temporarily park in front of the trail for the convenience of hikers. If you haven't been to Jianqing before and have the above situation, you should communicate with the driver in a timely manner. Jianqing is a truly worthwhile trail to explore. It takes some time to get up the mountain, and passengers who are prone to motion sickness due to the winding roads must take motion sickness medicine. Even if you don't have a habit of motion sickness, you should still bring a bag with you on the mountain for the 02:30~ car ride.

Fantastic 5.0
Interesting concept where the exhibits are visited from the top floor down to the bottom floor. The place closes at 5pm, and I only arrived at 3.30pm which I did not have enough time to look through everything thoroughly. Some of the exhibits were interactive.

Jiaoxi Forest Bath is a great place to relax and soak in the hot springs! Buying the vitality spa ticket through Klook is super cost-effective, and the fact that there's no extra charge on holidays makes it an excellent value. The park environment is tranquil, and the Japanese-style bath surrounded by greenery makes you feel like you're in Japan. The service staff are friendly and courteous, providing clear guidance. The facilities are well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere is clean and comfortable. After soaking in the hot springs, your whole body feels warm and cozy, and all your fatigue is swept away! It's perfect for a day trip in Yilan, and I recommend it to friends who want to relax and rejuvenate. I will definitely visit again next time!

Fantastic 5.0
I stayed at another Orient Suites Hotel a few months ago, and the decor, how new it was, the cleanliness, and the service were all much better than my experience at this hotel... I booked this hotel because the family room at Orient Suites was fully booked. I thought it would be okay since it's the same group and the price is similar, but as soon as I walked in, I felt the difference was too great...
