Arrived on 1/2/2026 for the New Year. Arrived early in the morning before the opening time of 10:00 am. Even though it was early, the check-in counter was already open. Exactly at 10:00 am, the gate was opened for customers & our family was the first to enter…very smooth & easy…All games can be used except the Swarf Wall (was informed early during check-in)…Very satisfied to be able to play all the games…very safe for children…always guarded by Lifeguards at almost every game….almost all children's water games must wear safety jackets…Very satisfied bathing here…Fun & satisfying experience.

Was able to see a lot of fireflies in the area at night, even i it's just a short trip around the area. Only downside is the transportation getting to and from the area, but apart from that this is definitely worth including for a night itinerary

We had an amazing time through this special experience. Brought along my 2 children in this experience and I can safely say it’s an experience they wont forget. The tourguide is friendly, patient and highly knowledgeable.

Excellent tour! Our guide was very knowledgeable and very patient with us. Our family had a 7 mo (who slept in the carrier most of the time) and a 2 yo (who moved very slowly). We got to see lots of crabs, sea cucumbers, sand dollars, snails, fish amongst others. The van that fetched us from the hotel and sent us back was comfortable and timely. Overall a good experience! I came during off-peak season so it was just the 4 of us and the guide.

Everything was great, got Block G, a little closer to the lobby, water splash & food. Check-in & out using a number system. Easy peasy.

Great stay at Hard Rock Hotel Desaru Coast!
We had a really enjoyable stay here. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was nice and the room design was modern and relaxing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, always smiling and willing to assist. Check-in and check-out were smooth.
The facilities were great, especially the swimming pool. Very suitable for families and also for couples who want to relax. The hotel environment was clean and well maintained.
Breakfast had good variety and the food tasted good. The location is also convenient, near the beach and other attractions.
Overall, it was a pleasant and relaxing experience. Definitely a good place for holiday. Will come back again!

Our return stay! Room spacious and clean as usual. Amerald has a perfect view within a walking distance to the beach. Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast had wide spread then our last visit. But WiFi connection needs to be improve. Overall we had a pleasant and awesome stayed!
