Arrived on 1/2/2026 for the New Year. Arrived early in the morning before the opening time of 10:00 am. Even though it was early, the check-in counter was already open. Exactly at 10:00 am, the gate was opened for customers & our family was the first to enter…very smooth & easy…All games can be used except the Swarf Wall (was informed early during check-in)…Very satisfied to be able to play all the games…very safe for children…always guarded by Lifeguards at almost every game….almost all children's water games must wear safety jackets…Very satisfied bathing here…Fun & satisfying experience.

When we visited the place, only 6 of us book for a tour. The place was so quite n peaceful. We are so lucky to see the firefly with the bonus of seeing the monkey n a monitor lizard. We are also so lucky that 1 curious firefly went inside our boat n come close to us. Its a very nice experience for the younger generation to see the real firefly specially my son. He was so happy n we are so grateful. Our tour guide was so good and friendly. You will never get bored hearing all the information that she was telling to us. For me its worth a visit😊

klook had this at some of the best prices! and the package also comes with a pair of waterpark tickets, cheaper than booking direct with hardrock itself. loved the stay, good rooms and direct access to the waterpark

Everything was great, got Block G, a little closer to the lobby, water splash & food. Check-in & out using a number system. Easy peasy.

first time booking this resort. no bad. Going anywhere also near. got their own beach. but only 4 rooms have seaview. so nice view at night. just that the food so so only. others all ok.

I booked a Deluxe King Room and the sea view was awesome. The breakfast was average, but the hotel staff were kind, and check-in and check-out were smooth. There was no iron provided in the room, but I saw one in the hallway, so I used it and returned it to its place. Overall, it's worth staying for one night.
