I booked a Deluxe King Room and the sea view was awesome. The breakfast was average, but the hotel staff were kind, and check-in and check-out were smooth. There was no iron provided in the room, but I saw one in the hallway, so I used it and returned it to its place. Overall, it's worth staying for one night.

pleasant staycation. staff is helpful and polite. my daughter refuse to going home and ask to extend the staycation 😂. Even tho the location is quite far from the center, but service and scenery is worth.. the food is okay, but the food preparation took longer than an 1 hour to be received at our room. cleanliness: cleanliness part is quite poor, we found a rice porridge inside the drawer. I'm not sure how long it was there.

Our return stay! Room spacious and clean as usual. Amerald has a perfect view within a walking distance to the beach. Check in and out was smooth. Breakfast had wide spread then our last visit. But WiFi connection needs to be improve. Overall we had a pleasant and awesome stayed!

This has always been my preferred hotel for weekend stays, and overall I still enjoy coming here. During my recent stay, we booked a king bed with sea view, however unfortunately our balcony was facing the main road instead. There was also no extra mattress available this time, and the couch provided was not a sofa bed like we had in our previous stays. I also noticed that the toilet floor was quite dirty with yellowish stains, which would require proper scrubbing. Additionally, the swimming pool water appeared cloudy during our visit. As it was the monsoon season, water activities at the beach were understandably restricted following a warning from the local BOMBA authority. Aside from these points, the rest of the stay was good, and I appreciate the overall comfort and service. I hope these areas can be improved for future visits, as this resort is still one of my top choices in Punggai (Pengerang).
