checkin process is fast and easy. room is clean and comfortable, surprisingly microwave also provided. good for holiday

first time booking this resort. no bad. Going anywhere also near. got their own beach. but only 4 rooms have seaview. so nice view at night. just that the food so so only. others all ok. hotel location: very convenient transport access: buggy can bring u to restaurant, room, lobby breakfast: so so only

first impression was awesome been greet by two lovely frontdesk lady eventho while check out i got urgent matters need to connect my laptop to plug charger then frontdesk lady allowed me to use nearby plug. hotel view and surrounding was very nice and clean. breakfast was nice and very delicious every food is tasty. now comes to room condition, clean but bedsheets and pillowcases got many stained got blood stain somemore. and i want to complain bout the pool guard which like series killer keep standing here and there staring at people, just 5minute inside pool then go out feel haunted by pool guard, next morning they clean pool and pool close until 11am. 12pm need check out, feel very sad cannot use swimming pool

service: receptionist at the pool smoking during their working time. the smoke from his cigarette making people uncomfortable during at pool. many kids and baby also pregnant women there feeling uncomfortable by his action. hopefully something will be done regarding this matter breakfast: breakfast is excellent as always. hopefully in future, you could add some traditional kuih muih to add some variety for breakfast hotel location: prefect location for someone who wanted a break from caos in the city. near the beach and there is a small town nearby there.

Nice Place for Healing with family.Room was fairly acceptable. Pool was great.Kids will enjoy playing water.

excellent stay. staff were extremely nice. place is clean and tidy. carpark is abit hard to get but the security guards were very helpful

Ambience is truly resort feel. Clean and quiet. The Deluxe rooms in front on the pool area makes it easy to access the pool and provide easy monitoring for children spending time at the pool. Staffs are helpful and responds to request in a flash.

Staff very helpful, worth it to stay here. Room clean and satisfied. Satisfying breakfast and friendly staff. clean area and workers always sweep. Will come again.
