Incredible views at the top of Mount Batur. The trek up the mountain was quite steep at some sections, but it was worth all the effort. Our guide, Nyoman, was very accomodating and he made sure we stopped to catch a break and rehydrate at regular intervals. He also conversed with us about his life in Bali and points of interest, which made the hike feel a lot shorter! At the top, he prepared a simple but filling breakfast with a hot drink for us to warm up, and took some great pictures for us. Nyoman made this hike a very memorable experience, and I would recommend him to everyone!
Our driver, Berig, later took us to our next points of interest, which were ulu petanu waterfall and the pictureresque Tegallalang Rice Terrace. Both locations were great for photos and Berig also helped us take some photos.
Overall, this tour was an amazing experience thanks to our hiking guide and our driver. Would highly recommend!

So I was alone doing this trip. This was the only option who could pick you up in Sidemen where I stayed. The driver had arrived at the hotel at 1:45. 15 minutes before we had our appointment that was great. Then he took me over to my guide. Made was a really great guide! He was very helpfull, funny, and a good talker. Even because I was alone I didn't felt that way. At the top I got breakfast. It was nothing special. The views from up top were amazing! We had a very nice day for it. Thanks to Made for making this a unforgettable trip! And to my driver who drover 3 hours without much sleep! Very great experience. I can really recommend it!🌋

I loved this experience. The booking system and the staff were really good. if you like an activity while your away to break up some of the tourism this is definitely worth doing. we paid for a photographer so we could just enjoy the experience and not have to worry about photos! his name was Uda and he was so lovely he also doubled up as our drive for our pick up and waterfall tour that we added on. he was lovely and attentive. we had a good laugh with him too. would definitely recommend booking the smaller group. it was worth it.

We really enjoyed the tour and activities, and the customer service was excellent throughout. The only downside was the foggy weather conditions, which meant we were unable to see the sunrise from the mountain. However, this is nature and completely beyond anyone’s control, so we do not blame the company for this at all.
The lava tour, hot spring, and coffee plantation experience more than made up for it, and our driver, Tarisa, was absolutely amazing and very accommodating throughout the trip.

we had a great time going on this tour. the tour is well organized - from hotel pick up, to hiking guide, to Montana cafe. our driver, Purna, is great. He is very nice, and professional. our hiking guide is very experienced, however, he is more interested to get us back down the mountain than let us explore on the top lol. But the sunrise is amazing up on the mountain! Aslo the young crater, and volcanic steams in the crater. Montana cafe has amazing view of Mount Batur and the food is delicious! overall, we are very happy with the private tour.

This was our first time riding a jeep, and Rio, our jeep driver, truly made the entire experience an unforgettable one! 😆
Throughout the ride from the bottom to the top of Mount Batur, Rio always made sure we were comfortable. He played music for us, checked on us regularly, and ensured that we had a safe and enjoyable journey.
Beyond just driving, Rio also shared many tips and creative ideas on how to pose for photos. He was incredibly skilled at capturing amazing pictures and videos, making sure we had plenty of memorable moments to bring home.
He even went the extra mile by stopping at the forest area to take additional photos and videos for us!
We are extremely happy and satisfied with the beautiful photos and videos he captured, as well as the wonderful service he provided throughout the trip. :))

This was the best tour I had in Bali! Spending a little extra money for the dual fun of hiking to the summit and a jeep tour was absolutely worth it! My guide, Gus Conk, is not only a hiking expert but also the best photographer! I was luckier than other hikers because I got more stunning landscape shots and beautiful Instagram-worthy portraits. Other hikers even asked Gus Conk to take their photos, which just shows how professional he is! My jeep driver, Adi, was also very professional; he drove steadily and was very patient in helping with photos! I highly recommend this 40-minute summit hike combined with the black lava experience for anyone who can handle a bit of mountain trail! Be careful on the way down as the rocks can be slippery, but the ascent isn't difficult, probably on par with the difficulty of a suburban mountain hike in Taiwan.
