We loved this trip it was definitely worth the price and the experience. Our transfer picked us up right on time, once we arrived we hired a blanket as we were not prepared for how cold it was going to be (make sure you bring something warm even for the summer months ) our guide Dede was so lovely he was very attentive, gave us some fact about the area but also didn’t overwhelm us which was really nice. he took some amazing photos of us. we are not photo people in the sense of posing so I think we were his easiest job to date but we still go some fab photos. I would say enjoy the view and the sunrise and let them do their job they are amazing at it. and if you want the perfect shot include the photos it’s definitely worth it they are amazing. we can’t thank our guide enough!

Fantastic 5.0
was picked up by the driver at 1.30am from my hotel and headed to 1 more pick up to ubud. but putting a 1.85cm guy at the 2 seats behind of a 7 seater was torturing 😄. hike was manageable. a pair of good shoes is necessary as some parts might be slippery. guides were very helpful and friendly. however I dislike that there were locals who are operating the "taxi" service to the slightly higher point of the mountain from the starting point. the exhaust fumes were not something that you would want during a hike. but overall still a good experience! recommend

We had the best day with our amazing guide SUABA, who went far and beyond to help make our day perfect. He was so responsible, kind and flexible, bringing us to all the best places we wanted to go, including a fantastic dinner spot. A wonderful and complete experience of Ubud’s hospitality and service. We loved the swing, coffee and tea plantation, monkey forest and rice fields! 10/10, highly recommend Suaba as a guide :)

Fantastic 5.0
We experienced rafting with our 9 and 12 year old children. It's perfect for kids to enjoy. Even I, who am easily scared, had fun. You can buy drinks in the middle and pay later. (It's expensive!) The shower facilities are decent and towels are included. For lunch, they served mie goreng and nasi goreng, which were not bad. After the meal, we went to Monkey Forest to see monkeys and take pictures. It's smaller than I expected and there aren't many things to see, so I think rafting alone would have been enough.

It was an interesting excellent trip. me and my partner had the best time ever. Our guide Mr. Gede Kon the keen driver was super super friendly and he was very knowledgeable about the terrain as he is from the same place. He even offered his own blanket, we thank him for such kindness. I am so happy I booked this. It was worth the money. We saw Mount Batur sunrise and black lava, he is an excellent photographer and he knows how to take the best shots. We went to the natural hot spring, and it was so so good. It took away all the plans. We even got a bonus from him he took us to the coffee planatation which was not included in our tour. So happy to do everything together, he dropped us to Besakih temple again a wonderful ride. I wish him all the best. Please book KLOOK tour and try to get Gede as your Jeep guide.

What to know before visiting Bangli Regency

Overview of Bangli Regency and what travellers book

Bangli Regency draws booking demand mainly for Tours, Outdoor & sports activities and Parks & gardens, with a steady spread of experiences across the year. Klook data shows a clear annual rhythm: demand climbs toward a July high and eases into a quieter February.

When to visit and how prices move

According to Klook booking data the busiest month is July, while February sees the lowest demand. Prices peak in August and fall toward November, with November typically the cheapest month on Klook. For lower prices and smaller crowds, plan for the quieter shoulder months around February through March or aim for November for typically lower prices; if you want peak-season atmosphere and the liveliest scene, visit in July–August. Note that demand and prices don’t move exactly together here: demand is highest in July while prices are highest in August, so late-July visitors may see peak crowds without the absolute top prices.

Tips for travellers from Singapore

Most visitors from Singapore book roughly a week ahead, with last-minute options down to about three days and early planners booking a couple of weeks in advance. If you’re flexible, many activities can be secured shortly before travel, but during the July–August peak it helps to plan around that one-week typical booking window. Use Klook to compare Tours and Outdoor activities and lock in preferred time slots when you book.
