Hugmin was incredible! She did an amazing job making the ride comfortable, taking photos, talking and teaching us about Japan! I was so impressed how strong she is! It's nice that they hold your name up for you to know exactly where to go. This was such a fun experience! We were able to see a lot and it was nice to rest our feet. We extended our ride because 30 minutes goes by too fast! I'm glad we did because we were able to visit a shrine and see where two enemy samurai are buried. I highly recommend this experience! Go for more time you wont regret it!!

We had a great time & it wasn’t too busy on a weekday. The snow quality was great we didn’t have to wait at all with ski hire, clothes or lifts. Very smooth trip no delays whatsoever. comfortable mini bus ride too where you can have a good nap on the way and back. light snow flakes, sunshine. it was a glorious day!

We lucked out today and got a fantastic tour from Teri. She was so friendly and knowledgeable. We couldn’t have asked for a better tour guide. She got to know us a bit and we got to know her. Wonderful experience and highly recommend it to all! Nothing beats walking tours - fun even when it is a bit chilly outside.

We had an unforgettable experience with the Kyoto Higashiyama Rickshaw Tour. Our guide, Motoki Kageyama, was incredibly kind, respectful, and full of positive energy throughout the entire tour. He made sure my daughter felt special and made the experience even more meaningful with his thoughtful drawings and notes. The tour route was beautiful and relaxing, and we learned a lot along the way. Still, highly recommended and many thanks again to Motoki-san. We will never forget this! This Kyoto Higashiyama rickshaw tour was a wonderful and unforgettable experience for our family. Our guide, Motoki Kageyama, was very kind, polite, and always had a smile on his face. He was also kind to our daughter Yaren, and we were truly touched to receive special illustrations and messages from him. The tour route was very beautiful, relaxing, and informative. Thank you very much, Motoki! We will never forget this memory.

A huge thank you to Miyake for this long bike ride through the city of Kyoto. He designed a custom route taking into account what I had already visited, and he allowed me to learn a lot about the history of Kyoto, the Imperial Palace and the temples, but also about nature, especially the magnificent ancient trees. We rode quietly through the city, at my pace, and I felt perfectly safe at all times. When I picked up the bike, I asked for a helmet, which was immediately provided. A big thank you to Miyake for this very pleasant half-day.

I had the best experience with them. They gave me enough suggestions on which type of kimonos and obis would look good on me. They also assisted my husband with his Yakuta. The staff was super friendly inspite of being so busy. They gave me a couple of options for hairstyles and the final one turned out to be so beautiful. I would also want to give a special mention to photographer Paul, who clicked such beautiful pictures and guided us with poses and what to do throughout the entire process. Even the unedited photos were so pretty.

The staff was incredibly kind, and everything went smoothly in a calm and welcoming atmosphere. This activity was a very good experience. The staff service was excellent. There were many kimono to choose from. We booked the basic set, but it was already very beautiful. If you want a minimalist style, you have to pay extra, and beautiful hairstyles also cost an extra 1650 yen. We added that as well. The hair was done quickly and beautifully. There was someone to help dress us, which was very convenient. They also lend out bags and shoes for free.
