Due to severe traffic jams on the road, I needed to temporarily change the time. Through the platform's customer service arrangement, it was quick and appropriate. My therapist found spots I didn't even know needed to be worked on. Rash was amazing, she understood when I asked to adjust pressure. The whole atmosphere was calming. Staff supper friendly with, some speaking more than one language. Do not hesitate to book this amazing experience. Please, allow extra time if traveling by taxi.

It was a memorable trip for our family. We really enjoyed feeding the animals right from the car. The show (dolphins, tigers) were amazing. Special thanks to our guide Pak Wildan. Very friendly and helpful. Pick up at the hotel was on time and he safely drove us throughout the journey until we returned to the hotel. He guided us so that we did not miss any of the animal show. Overall it was a very nice experience. Only the weather was not on our side as it was raining the whole day.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience for our Private Bandung Tour with Desi! Our transport to all of the locations were very smooth, and Desi shared with us her wealth of information of all of the locations we had went to - she truly went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best experience, and was tried her best to answer all of our questions. Would recommend this if you are looking to explore the outdoors while visiting Bandung (and staying at Jakarta)!
