The staff were very kind and friendly; both the male and female servers were delightful. The meat quality was excellent, and the set meal was so complete that we didn't need to order anything extra. In fact, my dining companions couldn't even finish everything. The dining area is a private room, which feels very upscale. Drinks and alcoholic beverages are ordered separately and are not included in the set meal. Purchasing this through Klook was definitely worth it!

I booked 2D1N trip to Ginsen Onsen and Mouny Zao via Klook. travel with GogoDay and tour guide Tony Chiu. The driver and Tony are friendly and takes great care everyone. he tried his best to explain things and introduce the places in Chinese, Japanese and English. Also, he is so kind, prepared and provided some warm packs and Japanese sweets for us. It was a beautiful trip and definitely worth booking. It was an amazing experience and one we will remember for life. Our tour guide Jud was extremely helpful and everything you would ever want as a tour guide. He was kind, respectful, accomodating, and most of all organized. He was able to guide such a large group of people so well and still kept the experience personal. We will definitely be recommending this to all of our friends. Shout out to Jud!!

The train ride from Tokyo to Yamagata is four hours, but there are short breaks in between, so it's not too tiring. The tour guide, Mr. Ma, did an excellent job with the itinerary. The scenery in Yamagata is beautiful, especially since this tour covers all the major attractions in Yamagata in one go. The hotel stay with two meals was also abundant, and there was a nice hot spring. The only drawback is that the tour bus was a bit small; it would be perfect if a larger tour bus were used.

It was a very pleasant experience. I booked an early morning kimono fitting, and Klook happened to have a special deluxe package on sale (30% off). This included choosing the best yukata, three accessories, and a two-star hairstyle. As someone who struggles with choices, the staff worked hard to give me suggestions, and the resulting outfit was indeed luxurious and cute. It's quite different from wearing a standard yukata, so I recommend everyone try the deluxe package for a more special experience.

We had such a great time during this class, a must do if you have a spare 2 hours! The instructor was very friendly and we had interesting conversation as we made our sweets and matcha. It is worth doing both activities together so that you can enjoy your sweets with the matcha.

If you’re in Sendai, make this a must-do! The class is fantastic and incredibly beginner-friendly. You’ll leave with a traditional Japanese dessert you’ve made yourself. I thoroughly enjoyed this class; it offered a wonderful insight into Japanese culture through food. I was the only student when I attended and I had a great time laughing and chatting with the teacher throughout. Thank you for a wonderful afternoon!

The Matsushima Bay cruise is a round trip, departing from and returning to Matsushima Pier, lasting approximately 50 minutes, with a departure time of 13:00. The overall itinerary is relaxed, making it perfect for slowing down the pace during your trip. During the cruise, you can admire Matsushima's iconic landmarks such as Nio Island and Futago Island. The route also enters shallower waters, taking passengers close to some hidden islands that only Marubun Matsushima Steamship can reach, allowing you to admire the natural scenery of Matsushima Bay from different angles. Countless islands of all sizes are scattered throughout the bay, creating a rich and layered landscape that is perfect for photography. The weather was excellent on the day I actually took the cruise, with the sun shining on the sea. The photos taken throughout the voyage were quite beautiful, with a vast and comfortable view that was very relaxing. The ship provides commentary in Japanese and English, introducing the names and characteristics of each island along the way, adding depth to the tour. However, due to the loud engine noise of the ship itself, it is sometimes difficult to hear the commentary completely. If you want to fully understand the explanations, it is recommended to do some simple research beforehand as a supplement. The overall boarding process is very smooth. Simply show the QR code of your reservation at the pier to quickly redeem your ticket. There will also be staff on-site who clearly indicate the queueing flow. The boarding and ticket exchange locations are very easy to find, making it very foreigner-friendly. This is a relaxing and pleasant cruise experience where you can enjoy the scenery of Matsushima Bay, one of the three scenic spots of Japan, without having to walk for a long time. Whether it's your first time visiting Sendai or you want to enjoy the bay scenery in a leisurely way, this is a very worthwhile itinerary to consider.
