must buy for all tokyo travellers 😁 u can see mount fuji, using shinkansen to gala, watching snow and playing ski on gala yuzawa. unlimited airport train from narita or haneda. using yamanote line and all jr east train. so worth it. i travel japan for four days and this thing help me so much to saving monry to go to almost every tourist destination. really a must buy for u guys 😁

Highly recommended! Convenient, comfortable, and clean. The seats are spacious and can be adjusted to face each other. You can bring your own drinks and snacks onboard. There's a cafe in the first carriage where you can buy drinks, but you can't sit and eat there; you have to return to your seat. The restrooms are very clean, and the vehicle is on time.

Super service. We were a bit late and the driver still welcomed us with a smile. Just wonderful. Everyone should book this. Klook is great for this.

We decided to purchase the physical Nikko Pass after reading that WiFi in Nikko can be unstable, and it was definitely the right choice. The connection really did drop in several areas, so having the physical pass to show the bus driver every time we boarded or got off made everything smooth and stress-free. I also noticed some passengers without the pass having small issues with their IC cards, which looked a bit inconvenient. The Nikko Pass saves time, avoids confusion, and is honestly such a good deal for the number of rides and areas it covers. Just a tip: Google Maps can be unreliable in Nikko, especially with bus timings, so it’s best to arrive at stops a little early. Overall, the Nikko Pass is a must if you want convenience and a much easier day exploring.

kudos to the driver who was flexible to make amends to the route and made the trip enjoyable and less rush. Brought us to the highest accesible point (available) - 5th Station. This was probably the best part of the 10-hour journey as we were able to sight a few minutes of snow when we alighted from the car! Definitely recommend to utilize this service if you’re looking for a fuss-free and private ride with young kids!

A special thank you to Mr. A Ming, our driver from Ansu Travel! He's a wonderful person, his vehicle is clean, and he's very punctual. He thoughtfully provided us with information about the timing for each attraction and recommended delicious restaurants. We were fortunate enough to see Mount Fuji in its full glory that day, and the scenery along the way was beautiful. Mr. A Ming was also considerate of my father's needs, stopping at rest areas for restroom breaks. Highly recommended!

i love this pass, first day little bit difficult because sometimes no staff near the gate. then we call the staff officer by machine n show the pass through the camera then they will let us enter the gate. 5 days easy to go and i used this pass to go to narita airport. next time i will use this pass again.

Perfect package for my 12-yo son and me as we have never ski before! We had Trace and Yuyu as our instructors, who came all the way from Osaka to host our trip to the Fujiyama Yeti Snow Ski resort. Trace has been wonderful in rendering the basic lessons for skiing, complete with safety measures and the necessary equipments that we must have for a good beginner experience. We were blessed with the majestic view of Mount Fuji all day long and had fun skiing and playing in the snow. I would recommend package A for you if you are also a first timer like myself. The cafe also serves vegetarian and seafood/fish meal options. Very easy to order using the machine which accepts cash and/or visa/IC/Pasmo. The facilities at Yeti were complete with comfortable changing rooms, toilets, lockers (there is a coin exchange machine on-site if you need 100 yen coins) as the lockers only take coins payment. Overall, a memorable experience for ski, snow, and Mount Fuji.

The check-in process was highly unsatisfactory. We strongly advise against making reservations through Klook. We believe we should have received a pass code and room number, but no such information was provided. The room itself, however, was excellent, clean, and its facilities were in good condition.
