Hotel looks new and clean. The parking is just next to the hotel at overnight rate 1200 yen. Our room comes with 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed, room size just right for our family of 3. Staff was excellent, I accidentally left behind an item in the room and they helped me to retrieve it. In fact, I booked the same hotel for another night stay on my return trip to Tokyo. Highly recommend!

This hotel is truly wonderful. It's about a ten-minute walk from Kinugawa-Onsen Station, right next to the Kinugawa Grand Suspension Bridge. The hotel even has a foot bath where you can soak your feet while enjoying the scenery. The rooms are incredibly spacious, and the entire hotel is very clean and well-maintained, feeling quite new. The large public baths switch between men's and women's sections in the daytime and evening, offering a very comfortable bathing experience. The buffet for the half-board plan (dinner and breakfast) has a rich variety of dishes. I will definitely come back to stay here for two days again in the future.

quite far from Nikko town so very quiet. The room is very big and no carpet so it clean. Toilet and bathroom separate and sink is outside. On the first floor has pantry for guest to relax with tea coffee and miso soup. also has ice maker machine, I love this hotel.

This day tour was exceptional, and my family and I thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Our guide, Sophie, was wonderful—attentive and patient. The itinerary was well-planned, and she introduced Nikko Toshogu Shrine and Japanese culture with humor and wit, making her explanations equally engaging in both English and Chinese. Every place we visited was beautiful. This trip became the most memorable experience for our entire family! Highly recommended!

Present the Klook QR code at the ticket counter to receive physical tickets. This theme park is fantastic! I regret not renting a costume because it's the perfect place for magnificent photos, as the scenery truly immerses you in old Edo. The park staff are lovely. Don't miss the various shows, especially the Oiran procession (daily schedule available on the park's website). We spent the morning at Toshogu Temple, then from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the park, and that was more than enough time. A MUST-DO! Note: There's a free shuttle from Nikko JR Station. For the return trip, ask the park office to call a taxi to Kosagoe Station (1,500¥) and use your pass to return to Shimo Imaichi Station (you can take the Spacia X by reserving a Limited Express ticket via the TOBU line website – the standard ticket is included with the pass). This is the only place where you'll find customizable Daruma dolls.

A visit to Nikko is always enchanting; the Toshogu Shrine is truly a wonder to behold. It is absolutely an artistic masterpiece of Edo period craftsmanship.

It was an amazing experience. Glad that I booked this trip during winter on 20-Jan. Lake Chuzenji was amazing with the Mt Nantai as the backdrop. Kegon waterfall was mystical in winter snow. Toshogu Shrine lives up to its reputation as a UNESCO heritage site.
