Gotemba Premium Outlets tours

Mr. Yamada's service was excellent and very professional! He proactively helped us take photos 📷. When a passenger left a bag at the previous stop, Mr. Yamada went back during his free time to help find it! Then, two passengers didn't have umbrellas while shopping at the Outlet, and Mr. Yamada ran back and forth to bring them umbrellas, getting completely soaked himself, but still served us with a smile. After the tour, he even dropped us off at our hotel, saving us the walk back! It was a fantastic experience, and I would definitely want to participate again next time 👍

I had the pleasure of being accompanied by Ali as my personal driver and guide for my day trip to the Gotemba Premium Outlet. He was punctual, professional, and demonstrated great patience while ensuring my safe transportation. This Klook booking was a worthwhile investment, and I am very satisfied with the comprehensive support provided by Ali.

Great day out and wonderful experience with Yuki. was great getting to know people on the trip. very well organised and great value for money. Would advise to set off early as the station can be very confusing - stick to exit 8 for the post office. We arrived with literally 1 minute to spare. lots of toilet breaks and food options. great locations with convenience stores along the way. We didn't get to see Mount fuji due to the weather. However the day was full of wonderful experiences! thank you Yuki and team

Our driver was extremely friendly and engaged in conversation with us. He was able to accomodate our requests. We even arrived at our destination earlier than expected. Would highly recommend again.

Had an amazing time especially because the tour group was small. Really appreciated our guide taking the time to explain and get us to Mount Fuji early and take so many photos for me and my wife. The outlets had so many good items and there were so many mesmerizing views.

We were a bit confused because the guide couldn't speak English well, but she put in the effort to translate using Google Translate, and we really appreciated it. We were very unlucky as it rained heavily yesterday with a typhoon, so we couldn't see Mount Fuji at all. But overall, we were very satisfied with the places we visited, especially the Mount Fuji 5th Station where it was so cold, and the best part was shopping at Gotemba Premium Outlets. Hope to visit again next time when we can finally see Mount Fuji!

Excellent Mount Fuji Day Trip! We had an amazing experience on our Mount Fuji trip booked through Klook. Everything was well-organized, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. A very special thank you to our driver, Ali, for making our trip even more enjoyable. He was professional, punctual, kind, and very accommodating throughout the day. We felt safe and comfortable during the entire journey, and he was always helpful and patient with everyone in our group. Thank you, Ali, for your excellent service and for helping make our Mount Fuji trip a memorable one. We highly recommend this tour and would gladly book again!

We chose this tour because the weather prediction said that Mount Fuji will be visible in the afternoon while raining all morning on that day. It was a small group tour. We communicated with the driver using Google Translate. Recommended if you need to see Mount Fuji in the afternoon, where it was also less crowds around (most tours go to Mt Fuji in the morning so more crowds).

Very convenient and great value for money for a family of four. Ali is very accommodating to allow us to customize the order of locations in the itinerary, add extra stops for rest or for photo ops on the way to 5th Station and to extend the tour up to 2 hours to allow for more time in Gotemba during the Golden Week Sale. The van is very clean, comfortable and spacious.
