Ha Long Tours

Buying on Klook is convenient and affordable. However, it requires using apps to contact them, and these apps are not available in Vietnam. I hope Klook can fix this.

I'm posting this because there were no reviews. I originally made a reservation to eat at the hotel restaurant. However, they recommended room service because there was an event at the restaurant and it might be noisy. At first, I was a little annoyed. But the dining team was incredibly kind. They perfectly set up napkins, candles, and tableware for in-room dining, so I enjoyed a delicious meal in the cool and comfortable room. They prepared a variety of dishes, which was great for tasting traditional Vietnamese food, and I also used other room service menu items. When I walked past the restaurant, it was indeed very noisy, so I realized it was a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. It would be great if Klook could upload more detailed menus or menu photos. I still don't know what I ate, even after finishing the meal, haha.

We had an amazing experience with SST Travel. From the very beginning, the team always replied within minutes and patiently listened to all of our requests. 📍Attractions: In the first day we visited the Hoa Lu old town by riding 15mins of bike, had the lunch buffet nearby, Trang An Landscape and Mua Cave. In the 2nd day we had a trip to Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave and Ti Top Island by taking a tourist yacht. Every one of above attractions are indescribable amazing! 📍Tour guide: The tour guide in the first day calls Jobs who’s a really funny young guy with a really nice English expression skill. Our 2nd day tour guide is Ken. He’s a great man with a lot of experience in the area of Ha Long bay. 📍Accomodation: During the night in Tam Coc, we stayed in the Tam Coc Little Charm Villa & Bungalow. The staffs was really friendly and professional. The downtown Tam Coc is only 5mins away from the hotel by the bicycle which we could freely borrow it from the hotel. 📍Summary: We really enjoyed the 2 days trip with Cozy tour, strongly recommended! 👍🏼

We really enjoyed our tour with SST travel. Elise was very helpful and professional, and an excellent communicator. We loved our day in Ninh Binh, bike riding and the amazing boat ride were the highlights. Our tour guide Lee was informative and entertaining. The cruise on Ha Long bay with Sea Star Cruises was incredible- we loved the kayaking activity and everyone on board were attentive and helpful.

everything good. lunch is cold and stale, no good. 😂 try afternoon tour, at least you catch sunset on boat. 9-11am at my son, so many people... had to run a little to group up again to keep to schedule. because of rice paper and boring lunch, little time at my son. because guide explaination is 60 min. 20 min walking. 20 min dance show. only 2 min left to close your eyes to feel the air and stones... because the other 18 min you have to run and rush to the other 2 sites beside the main one by speed walking. I think. if I could start over, id choose afternoon tour. because morning is so early and I did not have breakfast, so hungry. and rice paper making is a bit boring for my Chinese background plus lunch was 😕 so-so. I think it would be best to take your lunch and wake up late, relax, then do afternoon tour without the other 2 activities and no rushing plus sunset boat ride is way more beautiful... 🙃 than a 1pm ride 😅

In fact, there's even more to see than on the Hanoi City Tour bus. You can see different parts of Ha Long Bay that you wouldn't experience on a cruise.

Great experience, the weather was foggy but the guide was very kind, helpful, and friendly. Would recommend!
