Every arrangement made was accordingly. The private transfer and transport were good and comfortable. All the drivers that served us were very punctual. The only issue was communication with the driver due to their English proficiency, but it can be resolved with Google Translate. The service from Mie (SST travel )is superb. She responded fast to all my enquires and problems. I will definitely looking for her for my next trip to HCMC.

Buying on Klook is convenient and affordable. However, it requires using apps to contact them, and these apps are not available in Vietnam. I hope Klook can fix this.

Lahat ng serbisyo ay maganda. Lalo na ang Korean guide ay napakabait at masarap din ang pagkain. Gayunpaman, nakakapanghinayang na ang kurso ay pareho sa ika-apat na beses. Kung magkaroon ng kaunting pagkakaiba sa kurso, bibisita ako muli.

Ang tour guide namin sa ikalawang araw ay si Ken. Siya ay isang mahusay na tao na may maraming karanasan sa lugar ng Ha Long bay. 📍Akomodasyon: Sa gabi sa Tam Coc, nanatili kami sa Tam Coc Little Charm Villa & Bungalow. Ang mga staff ay napakabait at propesyonal. Ang sentro ng Tam Coc ay 5 minuto lamang ang layo mula sa hotel sa pamamagitan ng bisikleta na malaya naming mahihiram mula sa hotel. 📍Buod: Lubos naming nasiyahan ang 2-araw na biyahe kasama ang Cozy tour, lubos na inirerekomenda! 👍🏼

I had a wonderful experience with our tour guide Mr Long! Our ride was smooth and driver was very accommodating. Mr Long was very informative, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire tour. The weather was quite rainy, but he still made sure we were comfortable and helped us navigate around safely. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His effort really made the experience enjoyable despite the rain. Thank you so much for making our tour memorable! Highly recommended! ❤️

Sa halip, mas maraming makikita rito kaysa sa Hanoi City Tour Bus. Makikita mo ang iba pang mga isla ng Ha Long na naiiba sa mga nakikita mula sa cruise.

We really enjoyed our tour with SST travel. Elise was very helpful and professional, and an excellent communicator. We loved our day in Ninh Binh, bike riding and the amazing boat ride were the highlights. Our tour guide Lee was informative and entertaining. The cruise on Ha Long bay with Sea Star Cruises was incredible- we loved the kayaking activity and everyone on board were attentive and helpful.

Great experience. The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with us. The experience itself was out of this world. Special mention to the food, which was a Vietnamese vegetarian spread. Highly recommend.

This was my second visit to Ha Long Bay, and this time I chose a two-day, one-night itinerary. Watching the sunset from the boat and then the sunrise the next morning was beautiful. The meals on the boat were excellent; I'm worried I gained weight! The afternoon itinerary included a trip to Yen Tu Mountain, and I must say this was a very challenging journey, full of stairs that will definitely make your legs ache. However, the effort was worth it; the view from the mountaintop was stunning, and the weather was perfect, giving me a chance to take photos with a blue sky and white clouds. I think this trip was excellent.
