Ha Long

Alle aftaler var overholdt. Den private transport og kørsel var god og behagelig. Alle de chauffører, der betjente os, var meget punktlige. Det eneste problem var kommunikationen med chaufføren på grund af deres engelskkundskaber, men det kan løses med Google Translate. Servicen fra Mie (SST travel) er fantastisk. Hun reagerede hurtigt på alle mine forespørgsler og problemer. Jeg vil helt sikkert kontakte hende igen på min næste tur til HCMC.

Jeg nød det så meget, at tiden føltes meget kort. Da jeg rejste alene, var det rart at få information via lydguiden. Jeg var dog ked af, at jeg ikke kunne høre ordentligt og koncentrere mig, fordi folkene bagved snakkede så meget og stod op på en farlig måde. Aftenen er bedst, især ved solnedgang.

📍Attraktioner: På den første dag besøgte vi Hoa Lu gamle by ved at cykle i 15 minutter, spiste frokostbuffet i nærheden, Trang An Landscape og Mua Cave. På den anden dag tog vi en tur til Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave og Ti Top Island med en turistyacht. Hver af ovenstående attraktioner er ubeskriveligt fantastiske! 📍Rejseleder: Rejselederen på den første dag hedder Jobs, som er en virkelig sjov ung fyr med en rigtig god engelsk udtryksevne. Vores rejseleder på den anden dag er Ken. Han er en fantastisk mand med stor erfaring inden for Ha Long-bugten. 📍Indkvartering: Om natten i Tam Coc boede vi på Tam Coc Little Charm Villa & Bungalow. Personalet var virkelig venligt og professionelt. Centrum af Tam Coc ligger kun 5 minutters cykeltur fra hotellet, og vi kunne frit låne cykler fra hotellet. 📍Opsummering: Vi nød virkelig den 2-dages tur med Cozy tour, kan varmt anbefales! 👍🏼

Jeg havde en vidunderlig oplevelse med vores turguide, hr. Long! Vores tur var behagelig, og chaufføren var meget imødekommende. Hr. Long var meget informativ, venlig og hjælpsom under hele turen. Vejret var ret regnfuldt, men han sørgede stadig for, at vi havde det godt, og hjalp os med at navigere sikkert rundt. Han var tålmodig, vidende og tog sig tid til at forklare alt tydeligt. Hans indsats gjorde virkelig oplevelsen fornøjelig trods regnen. Tusind tak for at gøre vores tur mindeværdig! Kan varmt anbefales! ❤️

We really enjoyed our tour with SST travel. Elise was very helpful and professional, and an excellent communicator. We loved our day in Ninh Binh, bike riding and the amazing boat ride were the highlights. Our tour guide Lee was informative and entertaining. The cruise on Ha Long bay with Sea Star Cruises was incredible- we loved the kayaking activity and everyone on board were attentive and helpful.

Great experience. The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with us. The experience itself was out of this world. Special mention to the food, which was a Vietnamese vegetarian spread. Highly recommend.

This was my second visit to Ha Long Bay, and this time I chose a two-day, one-night itinerary. Watching the sunset from the boat and then the sunrise the next morning was beautiful. The meals on the boat were excellent; I'm worried I gained weight! The afternoon itinerary included a trip to Yen Tu Mountain, and I must say this was a very challenging journey, full of stairs that will definitely make your legs ache. However, the effort was worth it; the view from the mountaintop was stunning, and the weather was perfect, giving me a chance to take photos with a blue sky and white clouds. I think this trip was excellent.

I'm posting this because there were no reviews. I originally made a reservation to eat at the hotel restaurant. However, they recommended room service because there was an event at the restaurant and it might be noisy. At first, I was a little annoyed. But the dining team was incredibly kind. They perfectly set up napkins, candles, and tableware for in-room dining, so I enjoyed a delicious meal in the cool and comfortable room. They prepared a variety of dishes, which was great for tasting traditional Vietnamese food, and I also used other room service menu items. When I walked past the restaurant, it was indeed very noisy, so I realized it was a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. It would be great if Klook could upload more detailed menus or menu photos. I still don't know what I ate, even after finishing the meal, haha.
