It was indeed a cozy experience with the Cozy Vietnam tour in Ha long bay! We enjoyed the activities and the buffet. The staffs were also very accommodating, especially our tour guide Jobs Nguyen! We was really helpful all throughout our day trip.

En dagstur til Ha Long Bay, den er virkelig "Guilin til søs"! 🌊
Vi tog afsted fra Hanoi om morgenen, og køreturen tog omkring 2,5 timer. Selvom det var lidt langt, var det det hele værd, da vi så det smaragdgrønne vand og de tusindvis af kalkstensøer.
At sejle mellem øerne var som at træde ind i et tuschmaleri. Til frokost spiste vi skaldyr ombord på båden. Maden var gennemsnitlig, men det var dejligt at spise med havbrisen.
Det mest overraskende var at sejle i kajak og udforske grotterne; vandet var så klart, at man kunne se bunden. På Ti Top Island besteg vi over 400 trin, og udsigten over hele Ha Long Bay fra toppen var virkelig betagende.
En dagstur er ret stram i tid, så jeg vil anbefale at overnatte, hvis man har mulighed for det. Men som en kort oplevelse er det meget prisvenligt og kan anbefales! Guiden Johnny var entusiastisk, opmærksom og detaljeorienteret, hvilket var et stort plus.

Our family enjoyed the trip sooo much! Nam is our tour guide. From meet up upto the end he is on top of things. We never had a dull moment - a lot of stories. He's talkative and knowledgeable of history and geography. He really is a master! 😁 I love the whole journey!! For Hercules Grand, i love the food and the crew are all kind and passionate! we really enjoyed this day. 100% recommended!! If you gonna book i recommend you request for Nam. 🤗 🥰 Nam took best shots of our photos using his own phone. value for money is super sulit 💯!!

Dejlig dagstur. Lang dag på grund af rejsetiden derhen og tilbage, men det var det værd. God guide, transport var fint arrangeret og komfortabel. Båden var i top med frokost, kajakroning, svømning og smukke omgivelser. Turen med golfvogn over øen til grotten og museet var også rigtig sjov. Det var rart, at det var småt og ikke mega-turistpræget.

This was the perfect tour, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious experience in Ha Long Bay! My spouse and I participated, and it far exceeded our expectations, definitely a 5-star experience.
First, we were impressed by the high quality of the morning transfer. The limousine van that picked us up was incredibly clean and tidy inside, with spacious seating that made the journey completely comfortable. Complimentary mineral water was also provided, showing great attention to detail.
Upon boarding the ship, we were even more impressed by its beauty and spaciousness. Everywhere we looked was spotlessly clean, and the restrooms, which can often be a concern on international boats or tourist sites, were perfectly maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience throughout our stay. The staff's hospitality was also wonderful; they were always smiling and provided polite service.
The buffet lunch was also very satisfying. We were surprised to see fresh sushi and sashimi, and the baked cheese mussels were exquisite. All the other hot dishes and desserts were also of high quality.
What was most outstanding, however, was the guide and the operational management. Ha Long Bay's tourist spots (caves, islands, etc.) were quite crowded with visitors from all over the world, but our guide's directions were precise, and there was absolutely no wasted waiting time or confusion. It was always clear "where we were going next and what we would be doing," and the entire schedule ran precisely on time, allowing us to focus on sightseeing stress-free from start to finish.
From the comfortable transportation, the cleanliness of the ship and restrooms, the warm hospitality of the staff, and the delicious food, to the perfect time management, everything was impeccable. If you want to enjoy an elegant and reassuring Ha Long Bay cruise, you cannot go wrong with this tour. Thank you for the best memories!

Fantastisk værdi for pengene på denne tur. Præcis til tiden, og guiden var sød og sjov. Rejseplanen var i top, og vi havde det så sjovt. Jeg brød mig mest om krydstogtet; det var rent og behageligt. Selv maden var god. Vil rigtig gerne vende tilbage.
