Ha Long Tours

Every arrangement made was accordingly. The private transfer and transport were good and comfortable. All the drivers that served us were very punctual. The only issue was communication with the driver due to their English proficiency, but it can be resolved with Google Translate. The service from Mie (SST travel )is superb. She responded fast to all my enquires and problems. I will definitely looking for her for my next trip to HCMC.

Buying on Klook is convenient and affordable. However, it requires using apps to contact them, and these apps are not available in Vietnam. I hope Klook can fix this.

📍Attractions: In the first day we visited the Hoa Lu old town by riding 15mins of bike, had the lunch buffet nearby, Trang An Landscape and Mua Cave. In the 2nd day we had a trip to Sung Sot Cave, Luon Cave and Ti Top Island by taking a tourist yacht. Every one of above attractions are indescribable amazing! 📍Tour guide: The tour guide in the first day calls Jobs who’s a really funny young guy with a really nice English expression skill. Our 2nd day tour guide is Ken. He’s a great man with a lot of experience in the area of Ha Long bay. 📍Accomodation: During the night in Tam Coc, we stayed in the Tam Coc Little Charm Villa & Bungalow. The staffs was really friendly and professional. The downtown Tam Coc is only 5mins away from the hotel by the bicycle which we could freely borrow it from the hotel. 📍Summary: We really enjoyed the 2 days trip with Cozy tour, strongly recommended! 👍🏼

I had a wonderful experience with our tour guide Mr Long! Our ride was smooth and driver was very accommodating. Mr Long was very informative, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire tour. The weather was quite rainy, but he still made sure we were comfortable and helped us navigate around safely. He was patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. His effort really made the experience enjoyable despite the rain. Thank you so much for making our tour memorable! Highly recommended! ❤️

In fact, there's even more to see than on the Hanoi City Tour bus. You can see different parts of Ha Long Bay that you wouldn't experience on a cruise.

We really enjoyed our tour with SST travel. Elise was very helpful and professional, and an excellent communicator. We loved our day in Ninh Binh, bike riding and the amazing boat ride were the highlights. Our tour guide Lee was informative and entertaining. The cruise on Ha Long bay with Sea Star Cruises was incredible- we loved the kayaking activity and everyone on board were attentive and helpful.

Great experience. The guide was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with us. The experience itself was out of this world. Special mention to the food, which was a Vietnamese vegetarian spread. Highly recommend.

This was my second visit to Ha Long Bay, and this time I chose a two-day, one-night itinerary. Watching the sunset from the boat and then the sunrise the next morning was beautiful. The meals on the boat were excellent; I'm worried I gained weight! The afternoon itinerary included a trip to Yen Tu Mountain, and I must say this was a very challenging journey, full of stairs that will definitely make your legs ache. However, the effort was worth it; the view from the mountaintop was stunning, and the weather was perfect, giving me a chance to take photos with a blue sky and white clouds. I think this trip was excellent.

I'm posting this because there were no reviews. I originally made a reservation to eat at the hotel restaurant. However, they recommended room service because there was an event at the restaurant and it might be noisy. At first, I was a little annoyed. But the dining team was incredibly kind. They perfectly set up napkins, candles, and tableware for in-room dining, so I enjoyed a delicious meal in the cool and comfortable room. They prepared a variety of dishes, which was great for tasting traditional Vietnamese food, and I also used other room service menu items. When I walked past the restaurant, it was indeed very noisy, so I realized it was a thoughtful gesture from the hotel. It would be great if Klook could upload more detailed menus or menu photos. I still don't know what I ate, even after finishing the meal, haha.
