The conveniences that KSL provide.... I've always stayed here when I go JB. The rooms are well maintained and spacious. It's also at an affordable price. There are tons of eateries in KSL and surrounding. It's also around 30 minutes to Senai airport.

Chose the Urban King room. Super clean rooms, personalised greeting by TV which makes you feel welcomed and special like a VIP. Toilets were very clean and all toiletries were provided. Most importantly, free breakfast included! There are too many positives about this hotel, and I cannot find any negatives. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Staying in the one-bedroom suite at Capri by Fraser JB was a fantastic experience. The location is unbeatable, putting all the best food and shopping just a stone's throw away. I was really impressed by how pristine and well-maintained the room was—it felt incredibly comfortable and relaxing. On top of the great facilities, the staff went above and beyond with their warm and genuinely friendly service. A highly recommended stay!

Highly Recommended! We enjoyed our stay, had a good night’s sleep on the comfortable bed, good spread of delicious buffet breakfast & we spent the entire morning relaxing in the room.

Areas for Improvement & Consideration:
¹Only fixed overhead shower is available; handheld shower would be helpful.
²Shampoo & shower gel bottles are too small/too little for multi showering.
³Only 1 face towel for 2 adults.
⁴More hooks or towel racks are needed for hanging two wet bath towels & face towel(s).
⁵Insufficient clothes hangers (only 4).
⁶The safe’s digital keypad is not visible, making it difficult to activate & use.
⁷TV channels need update in the user menu.
8. RM100 hotel deposit was charged to my YouTrip Mastercard, without a deposit receipt. The deposit was not refunded upon check-out, & I was informed that it would take 7 days to be returned.

The hotel is located close to the start of the Jalan Tan Hiok Nee (which is lined with food eateries) and we appreciated the bellman for guiding us to cross the road and pointed us to the start of the street which we can easily get our breakfast. Room was relatively spacious for the price paid. It was clean and simple, suitable for a one night stay in JB. While the hotel has a green concept with real plants as its decoration , we didn’t experience any mosquitoes. We like the concept of nature meets urban.

Absolutely loved our 2-night stay here! The front desk team was incredibly warm, the room was spotless, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. It's perfectly walkable to major city landmarks. We will definitely be back!
