Fantastisk beliggenhed og fremragende service! Det var min første gang på Holiday Villa, og jeg havde et fantastisk ophold. Jeg elskede udsigten til swimmingpoolen og udsigten fra værelset om natten. Personalet var opmærksomt og hurtigt. Jeg vil helt sikkert komme tilbage hertil igen.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey! The location is excellent, with direct access to Mid Valley Southkey, making shopping and dining very convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Johor Bahru.

Vi nød vores 2 dage og 1 nat på Amari Hotel. Værelserne var meget rene og komfortable. Morgenmadsbuffeten var god med et fint udvalg. Beliggenheden var bekvem. Personalet var høfligt og venligt.

Sevice overall great stay and helpful staff breakfast: ok , just need more variety hotel location: just beside upcoming RTS transport access: they have shuttle bus at 10am, 1pm , 3pm.

Connected to a major shopping mall offering great retail, dining, and family activities right on the doorstep. it offers an excellent balance of affordability, spacious rooms, and complimentary benefits.

check in and check out was fuss free. reception and conceirge staff were very friendly. room was quite big, very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. quiet environment and conveniently located within walking distance from Mid Valley Mall. definitely will stay again next time!

Hotel location is excellent as near to KSL mall. Male counter staff are friendly and helpful. Female staff is rude and walk away when customers are approaching, attitude should improve as this hotel is international brand.

I gave a 2 star rating to staff because they are not aware on the inclusions of our online booking. They keep on insinuating that we have to pay the tourism tax when it was already clear from our receipt that it was already included. In th end of our repeated discussion they finally reimburse it. So far, they were still polite.
