Chose the Urban King room. Super clean rooms, personalised greeting by TV which makes you feel welcomed and special like a VIP. Toilets were very clean and all toiletries were provided. Most importantly, free breakfast included! There are too many positives about this hotel, and I cannot find any negatives. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Skvělá lokalita a vynikající služby! Bylo to mé první ubytování v Holiday Villa a pobyt byl úžasný. Líbila se mi vyhlídka na bazén a noční výhled z pokoje. Personál byl pozorný a rychlý. Určitě se sem vrátím.

stay at 1 bed room deluxe king sea view , is suitable for Family. the hotel location just beside upcoming RTS station. Sevice overall great stay and helpful staff breakfast: ok , just need more variety hotel location: just beside upcoming RTS transport access: they have shuttle bus at 10am, 1pm , 3pm.

Definitely a place to stay! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices for both young and old! Everything is clean and great! Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy to book through Klook, booked, get confirmation, show to hotel and great value too! Recommended!

The hotel is located close to the start of the Jalan Tan Hiok Nee (which is lined with food eateries) and we appreciated the bellman for guiding us to cross the road and pointed us to the start of the street which we can easily get our breakfast. Room was relatively spacious for the price paid. It was clean and simple, suitable for a one night stay in JB. While the hotel has a green concept with real plants as its decoration , we didn’t experience any mosquitoes. We like the concept of nature meets urban.

Connected to a major shopping mall offering great retail, dining, and family activities right on the doorstep. it offers an excellent balance of affordability, spacious rooms, and complimentary benefits.

Pokoj byl velký a pohodlný, ale naše klimatizace v pokoji měla trochu problém, v noci protékala. Snídaně byla dobrá a lokalita byla skvělá. Tento hotel má přímý přístup do nákupního centra SKS Mall a nabízí bezplatnou kyvadlovou dopravu do Capri - CIQ JB Central - Holiday Inn JBCC. Brzy se do tohoto hotelu vrátíme👍

cleanliness: the room and hotel itself is clean and peaceful hotel location: very near to JB Sentral and JB Checkpoint CIQ, we just walked to and from. service: the staff are so friendly and they even upgrade our room to a bigger room for free breakfast: worth the price and the staff assigned there is so friendly, he always approach us how we are or if we need anything
