Chose the Urban King room. Super clean rooms, personalised greeting by TV which makes you feel welcomed and special like a VIP. Toilets were very clean and all toiletries were provided. Most importantly, free breakfast included! There are too many positives about this hotel, and I cannot find any negatives. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Great location and excellent service! It was my first time staying in Holiday Villa and had an amazing stay. Loved the swimming pool view and room view at night. Staff were attentive and prompt. Will definitely come back here again.

The hotel is located close to the start of the Jalan Tan Hiok Nee (which is lined with food eateries) and we appreciated the bellman for guiding us to cross the road and pointed us to the start of the street which we can easily get our breakfast. Room was relatively spacious for the price paid. It was clean and simple, suitable for a one night stay in JB. While the hotel has a green concept with real plants as its decoration , we didn’t experience any mosquitoes. We like the concept of nature meets urban.

stay at 1 bed room deluxe king sea view , is suitable for Family. the hotel location just beside upcoming RTS station. Sevice overall great stay and helpful staff breakfast: ok , just need more variety hotel location: just beside upcoming RTS transport access: they have shuttle bus at 10am, 1pm , 3pm.

Absolutely loved our 2-night stay here! The front desk team was incredibly warm, the room was spotless, and the complimentary breakfast exceeded our expectations. It's perfectly walkable to major city landmarks. We will definitely be back!

Definitely a place to stay! Breakfast was excellent with lots of choices for both young and old! Everything is clean and great! Welcoming and friendly staff. Easy to book through Klook, booked, get confirmation, show to hotel and great value too! Recommended!

nice hotel with a view. it’s my 2nd time staying in this hotel. love the convenience of supermarket, Jaya Grocer just below the lobby and Mr DIY, hardware store beside. lots of nice eateries nearby within walking distance room is clean with most essentials and comes with daily buffet breakfast which is not too bad if you’re not the fussy eater. quite a variety of choices.
