good location. great amenities. friendly staff. lots of choices for food around the area. shopping mall nearby.

cleanliness: Very Clean, Service is good. Convenient place just opposite KSL mall. The swimming pool is at 12 floor. My husband is disappointed that the gym is currently down. Hopefully next visit will be able to use the gym.

We had a wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey! The location is excellent, with direct access to Mid Valley Southkey, making shopping and dining very convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Johor Bahru.

stay at 1 bed room deluxe king sea view , is suitable for Family. the hotel location just beside upcoming RTS station. Sevice overall great stay and helpful staff breakfast: ok , just need more variety hotel location: just beside upcoming RTS transport access: they have shuttle bus at 10am, 1pm , 3pm.

check in and check out was fuss free. reception and conceirge staff were very friendly. room was quite big, very clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. quiet environment and conveniently located within walking distance from Mid Valley Mall. definitely will stay again next time!

Vam gaudir de la nostra estada d'1 nit i 2 dies a l'Hotel Amari. Les habitacions eren molt netes i còmodes. L'esmorzar bufet era bo i amb molta varietat. La ubicació era convenient. El personal era educat i amable.

we had a great stay this time in holiday inn. staffs were friendly. the only point to improve would be the cleanliness, when we sat on the sofa, it was very itchy. sofa pillow cover were dirty.
