Chose the Urban King room. Super clean rooms, personalised greeting by TV which makes you feel welcomed and special like a VIP. Toilets were very clean and all toiletries were provided. Most importantly, free breakfast included! There are too many positives about this hotel, and I cannot find any negatives. Definitely deserving of 5 stars!

Always go there for birthday and anniversary celebrations such a wonderful customer service with friendly staffs all over the hotel should be recommended to all out there.With the breakfast buffet eat as much as you want.

good stay at premier room, lounge menu for happy hour and breakfast is extensive but waiting time is quite long up to 20-30mins. apart from the two timing, all day long has free coffee, tea, yogurt self service style. amenities are good but cleanliness is not four star standard. bath robes is dusty and has housefly in my room.

good stay above mid valley, very convenient for shopping. hotel room is big and has two TV, happy hour 5-7pm. klook has a listing for premier king only but it actually still comes with lounge access. washing machine is useful just add the provided detergent yourself. lounge has free tea and coffee and two massage chair other times. the downside is the cleanliness level is disappointing! bath robe is itchy, has a housefly and mosquito flying around, bed sheet has some stains. if acceptable then the stay is worth it

We had a wonderful stay at St. Giles Southkey! The location is excellent, with direct access to Mid Valley Southkey, making shopping and dining very convenient. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always greeted us with a smile. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Breakfast offered a good variety of delicious food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and we would definitely choose this hotel again on our next trip to Johor Bahru.

The hotel room had a nice decor and cleanliness was good. The gym was also well equipped, with a good scenery to exercise to. Swimming pool was smaller than I expected but the view was good!

The hotel was located conviently at the mall with easy access around. The rooms were alright but a little dated. There was a smart TV that you could connect to your device but it would have been great if there was direct YouTube/Web or Netflix access from the TV instead. Breakfast wise, seating area was quite large but food was average. Higher price for the hotel was likely for the good location. Overall a decent stay but it was slightly overpriced.
