We had an amazing time exploring the Great Ocean Road with Daniel! 😊 He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable about the places we visited. The stops were well planned, the pickup was smooth and punctual, and we had a great balance of sightseeing and relaxing throughout the day. The beautiful scenery made the trip even more memorable, and Daniel made the whole experience enjoyable from start to finish. An absolutely amazing day tour! The tour guide was exceptionally kind and thoughtful. Since I was traveling alone, the guide even offered to help me take photos and gave a Polaroid photo to everyone on the bus. Before boarding each time, a headcount was taken, and the meeting time and location were repeatedly reminded, making the arrangements very reliable. The guide also shared the best photo spots for the Puffing Billy Railway and exclusive tips for viewing the little penguins. Highly recommended!
Because the steam train ride was scheduled for a little after 2:00 PM and we had plenty of time, the guide took us to some extra attractions not originally on the itinerary. Our first stop was the F1 Grand Prix park, where we saw graceful black swans; then we visited the Brighton bathing boxes, famous from Jay Chou's music video. In the afternoon, after riding the steam train, we headed to the zoo to get a close-up look at the kangaroos. The kangaroos were gentle and friendly, allowing us to hand-feed and pet them, and almost everyone managed to get great photos of themselves feeding the kangaroos.
In the evening, we went to watch the penguin parade. It gets quite windy by the seaside, so it is recommended to bring an extra thick jacket. Following the tips shared by our guide, we successfully saw flocks of adorable little penguins, making the whole trip fulfilling and unforgettable!
Fantastic day tour in Melbourne! Our guide was thoughtful and friendly. He helped take photos for solo travelers and gave free polaroids. He counted passengers and reminded us of meeting points, plus shared great tips for Puffing Billy and the penguin parade.
We visited extra spots including the F1 park with black swans and Brighton's iconic bathing boxes. We got to feed gentle kangaroos. It's windy for penguin watching in the evening, so bring warm layers. Highly recommended!

one of the best tours I’ve had. Luke was the driver and tour guide. He was highly knowledgeable and fantastic. I wish I had a few more days in Melbourne to book Luke for another tour. The tour (itinerary) itself was amazing and Luke made it even more memorable. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about how great the experience was. we started off at the Moonlit Sanctuary and fed wallabies/kangaroos. The highlight was spotting the wild wallaby as we drove to the penguins. The best part was seeing the little penguins come up from the beach and waddle up into the grass. the gift shop was great too. It was a sunny day but definitely windy. the gift shop had great embrodied jumpers and zip ups as well as blankets to purchase. I love the penguin parade. Great thank you to Luke for making it so fun too. We listened to his playlist and he sang.

good value for money! it's really convenient booking the tour via klook vs driving on your own. you get around 20-30 mins on each place for a quick photo op. shout out to Tony, our tour guide. great job!

I had such an amazing time on this tour! ❤️ Even though I was traveling solo, I never felt left out and truly enjoyed every moment of the experience. Our tour guide, Steven, was incredibly kind, helpful and patient with everyone. He made sure that everyone was having a great time, whether they were traveling alone or with a group.
His friendly attitude and genuine care made the whole trip even more enjoyable. It’s not always easy to travel solo, but Steven made the experience so comfortable, fun, and memorable. I really appreciate how he looked after everyone and made sure no one felt left out.
Highly recommend this tour, especially for solo travelers! If you’re lucky enough to have Steven as your tour guide, you’re definitely in good hands.

Visited SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium on a weekday am and found the entry process smooth and hassle-free. Admission was quick by simply scanning the QR code from the Klook app, allowing us to enter without any waiting.
The aquarium itself is relatively small and has a more traditional, old-fashioned city aquarium feel compared to some of the newer attractions in Asia. There is a decent variety of marine life on display, making it an enjoyable visit for families w young children and casual visitors. School groups started arriving later in the am, so it was quieter and more pleasant to explore earlier in the day.
Unfortunately, the penguin section was closed for renovation during our visit, which was a disappointment as it is usually one of the main highlights of the aquarium. Despite this, there was still enough to see and do, and we spent around two hours exploring the exhibits at a comfortable pace.

A MUST DO! Instead of Belgrave, we departed from Lakeside and stopped over at Gembrook. I dont know what I am missing at Belgrave but I am super thankful I chose Lakeside. Driving there was easy, parking spaces aplenty, station was nice with a cafe and a mini museum and just a walk or short drive you can get to the Lake area for a walk. Gembrook is a super charming small town too! We walked around and settled at a cafe called Gracie's and had some scones and hot drinks before we took the train back to Lakeside. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip because it was sooo peaceful. I highly recommend you try the same route too!

easy to redeem, entry was hassle free using the qr code. Zoo is not that big but the safari bus was a nice experience it was foggy early morning but eventually sun came out mid day.

We visited Melbourne Zoo on a weekday am and found it to be a relaxing way to spend the day. We took the bus from Melbourne CBD, although the walk from the bus stop to the zoo entrance was a little longer than expected. Entry was quick and seamless, with easy QR code scanning at the gate.
What pleasantly surprised us was that Melbourne Zoo is not just about the animals. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with an impressive collection of ferns, mature trees, and diverse flora throughout the park. Walking along the shaded pathways often felt like exploring a botanical garden, making it enjoyable even between animal exhibits.
Unfortunately, many of the animals were hidden from view or sleeping during our visit, which was a little disappointing. However, this did not take away from the overall experience. The peaceful atmosphere, lush greenery, and well-maintained walking trails made it a lovely place to spend a leisurely day outdoors.
