Things to do in Melbourne

A MUST DO! Instead of Belgrave, we departed from Lakeside and stopped over at Gembrook. I dont know what I am missing at Belgrave but I am super thankful I chose Lakeside. Driving there was easy, parking spaces aplenty, station was nice with a cafe and a mini museum and just a walk or short drive you can get to the Lake area for a walk. Gembrook is a super charming small town too! We walked around and settled at a cafe called Gracie's and had some scones and hot drinks before we took the train back to Lakeside. I thoroughly enjoyed this trip because it was sooo peaceful. I highly recommend you try the same route too!

The Great Ocean Road day tour in Australia was a fantastic experience. The itinerary was very well-planned, and the timing was excellent, so we never felt rushed, yet we still got to see all the most worthwhile sights along the Great Ocean Road. We'd especially like to thank our tour guide, Michael Kim, who was incredibly professional, enthusiastic, and patient. Throughout the trip, he shared information about the attractions, history, and local characteristics along the way. At each stop, he also clearly communicated the meeting times and important notes in advance, making the entire journey very relaxed and worry-free. The scenery of the Great Ocean Road itself exceeded our expectations. The coastline, cliffs, beaches, and iconic landmarks like the Twelve Apostles were all breathtaking; every photo we took looked amazing. Along the way, we were able to appreciate Australia's magnificent natural beauty and experience the unique charm of a coastal road trip. Overall, this was a very enjoyable and memorable Great Ocean Road tour. The itinerary was well-executed, the scenery was stunning, and Tour Guide Michael Kim's service added so much to the entire trip. If you're visiting Melbourne for the first time, the Great Ocean Road is definitely worth dedicating a day to. We highly recommend this tour and Michael Kim!

Visited SEA LIFE Melbourne Aquarium on a weekday am and found the entry process smooth and hassle-free. Admission was quick by simply scanning the QR code from the Klook app, allowing us to enter without any waiting. The aquarium itself is relatively small and has a more traditional, old-fashioned city aquarium feel compared to some of the newer attractions in Asia. There is a decent variety of marine life on display, making it an enjoyable visit for families w young children and casual visitors. School groups started arriving later in the am, so it was quieter and more pleasant to explore earlier in the day. Unfortunately, the penguin section was closed for renovation during our visit, which was a disappointment as it is usually one of the main highlights of the aquarium. Despite this, there was still enough to see and do, and we spent around two hours exploring the exhibits at a comfortable pace.

We had such a wonderful and memorable GREAT OCEAN ROAD trip! Our guide and driver, Augustine, was absolutely fantastic. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything clearly in multiple languages, making the tour enjoyable and easy to understand for everyone. He was friendly, funny, patient, and very considerate of every passenger throughout the entire trip. You could really tell that he genuinely cared about making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great experience. We truly enjoyed the entire tour and would highly recommend it, especially with Augustine as your guide. Thank you, Augustine, for making our trip so enjoyable and memorable! 😊

Had a great time on this tour! We visited Brighton Beach, rode the Puffing Billy, and ended the day with the Penguin Parade. 🐧 Everything was well-organized and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. Definitely recommend! ⭐️

Augustine is a very good bus guide, he introduce Melbourne history, Great Ocean Road details,etc., also, give us enough time to take pic and stay at each stop. Highly recommend everyone who never visit great ocean road to join.

The ride on the Puffing Billy steam train was truly impressive! Sitting on the open carriage window sills, dangling our legs outside, and feeling the breeze while passing through lush green forests was such an exciting experience! The penguin parade was incredible! I was grateful to see around 60 penguins—on average, about 700 penguins come out to the island each day. Australian penguins are the little penguin and irresistibly cute! I was also delighted to see baby Cape Barren Geese; they are utterly adorable! Our tour guide is knowledgeable and cares for our basic needs such as going to the bathroom and having our meals during the day. I highly recommend wearing enough clothing because Philip Island is very windy.

easy to redeem, entry was hassle free using the qr code. Zoo is not that big but the safari bus was a nice experience it was foggy early morning but eventually sun came out mid day.

one of the best tours I’ve had. Luke was the driver and tour guide. He was highly knowledgeable and fantastic. I wish I had a few more days in Melbourne to book Luke for another tour. The tour (itinerary) itself was amazing and Luke made it even more memorable. I’ll definitely be telling my friends and family about how great the experience was. we started off at the Moonlit Sanctuary and fed wallabies/kangaroos. The highlight was spotting the wild wallaby as we drove to the penguins. The best part was seeing the little penguins come up from the beach and waddle up into the grass. the gift shop was great too. It was a sunny day but definitely windy. the gift shop had great embrodied jumpers and zip ups as well as blankets to purchase. I love the penguin parade. Great thank you to Luke for making it so fun too. We listened to his playlist and he sang.
